Here's an episode from the Kennedy run recorded in October with Gene Wood behind the mic.

Hmmm, I don't remember Hi-Lo ever being played on Kennedy's show. Guess we can add that one to the list.

Now, if we only had tape of an episode when Bonus Game was played on his show.

Is there any particular reason why they wouldn't play them?

They probably used a limited rotation of games on the Kennedy version so that Tom wouldn't have to learn all of the rules all at once.  Remember, Bob didn't have to do that -- he generally had to learn one or occasionally two new games at a time.

I am about 90% sure that Bonus Game was never played on the Kennedy version.

It was at least once. I remember an episode with Tom taking the winining contestant to the turntable and saying "You're going to play Bonus Game" BEFORE the turntable shot was shown. That's why I'm so sure the game was played on his show.
