Title: Penny Ante remake?

I have heard rumors of a revised Penny Ante in the works. Can anybody confirm this or is this a déja vu of Crane Game?

I remember hearing this too, but it was back in something like early 2016, and I have a feeling the "remake" ended up being Gridlock.

Look at it - Gridlock is Penny Ante, except:
(a) there are two pennies instead of three,
(b) three prices per "item" instead of four, and
(c) the two "items" are pairs of digits in a car.
