Drew’s explanation of the products in Vend-o-Price bothers me. He frequently describes the prize in the middle as being “right in the middle”. But it isn’t. It’s just somewhere between the top and bottom prize. $6.99 is clearly not “right in the middle” of $8.49 and $1.79.

CSS -- Chatroom Showcase Showoff / CSS Results for 05/20/2024 (Game 155)
« Last post by Wayoshi on Today at 01:35:30 PM »
SC1 broke down like so - 29k SUV, 8.5 Montana (yep, one of those pricy ones), 1.5 exercise stuff. The potential DSW avoider option on the car was in fact one, leading to a yellow win for me after a scoot WSD.

SC2 ended up being highly sexed trips, because I don't think a small home theater and a bit of rain gear was much more than 6k. Azura Costa Rica has been 13k+ before, so not totally shocked, but potential wow at that Thailand too. Beef was the high bidder here for a best raw and hard/soft DSW stopper on my end. This was also a fine day for Plinko as both eligible players easily stayed under.

Despite an insane start to the show, this was mostly expected. I personally lost the Plinko/Half tossup - hoping that is in fact the tossup and it isn't Seat again.

And Lord knows that we weren't expecting it, but we're grateful for it all the same! That said, Janice did MUCH better on Lucky $even than I would've done. I likely would've lost on the 4th number, but I definitely would not have said 0 for the last number. All in all, more than decent show to start off the week  :D

Most likely this will be status quo through the week of June 16. Then there should be some normalcy again. Doesn't mean I won't take a day here or there, but obviously I have to work hard lately. I will be here for any nighttime specials though.

That said, a few more WP788 recaps:

May 24-25: Will be out of town.

A bunch of changes to this. Due to a fight with someone, my trip meant for Memorial Day Weekend is now Father's Day weekend, so I will be here May 23 and 24. WP788 will handle the June 14 and 15 recaps instead.
