I love Hole in One, but between the screwed up putting angle and the GPs fishing for a wipeout every time, it really has lost its luster in the past couple of seasons and is becoming a bit of a waste of 6+ minutes. Only one putt out of fourteen by contestants this season too.

100% agree. I like Hole in One lots, but I feel it's a dreadful fit for the current show. Nothing wrong with that, but since it is, I wish they'd make it rarer or retire it.

You two are right about Hole in One. I love Hole in One more than any other game and I would absolutely hate to see it go, but it needs some retooling because for the past few seasons every playing is pretty much a GP wipeout and two missed putts. The way it is now it should be played for luxury cars. Today's products weren't too difficult, although I understand switching the tissues and sprinkles and the choice between ending with the itch cream or the Garlique was a bit of a toss-up. Larae's putting certainly didn't help her, had she been up close the ball might have went all the way to George's podium!

Very easy small prizes in 1/2 Off, but surprised nothing was said about Box 4 being the box for the 4th of July.

Luxury cars for a game of skill?    Why would they risk doing that and getting a player that can actually putt the ball up there.

This is just one of those games that they've made more difficult by not having a gimme 1st GP.

I hate to burst your bubble, but Hole in One was exclusively played for luxury/sports cars until the two-putt rule was introduced.

Yes I do remember seeing it was once played for luxury cars, although I was only half serious saying it should be played for luxury cars. I just said that because of the rarity of wins in recent seasons.

I'm a bit late to the party here, but I don't think Hole should be retired. They just need to make the GP portion a bit easier.

I will have to say though, this lineup was atrocious. I get Hole is a really long game, but that's no excuse to surround it with 5 common games. Using Torgo's timings, this lineup only adds up to 26 minutes.

On a different note, I expected an easy L7 setup for a special, and I was wrong, but it was still really nice to see that being won.

I was surprised by how good the audience portion of the set looked with the red, white, and blue colors. Hopefully there will be new colors for Season 45; The last two months of the show or so have been very hard to watch due to the bright/clashing colors.
