Title: Auditon Tapings for New Host

I have a question about the auditions taping for the person filling Bob's shoes:

Do the contestants play for cash or prizes?

If they play for prizes, do they win the cash value or the prize itself?

At all of the audition tapings, the contestants have played for cash. No matter what the game or the prize, there is a fixed cash maximum -- if the contestant completely wins the game, then they get that full amount. In games where there can be partial wins, then contestants who don't completely win receive smaller amounts of cash depending on how well they do.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the most someone can win during these audition shows is $5,000.
