Has anyone ever used up all the products before they got to the $20-$21 winning range?

I don't know if it's ever happened in the $20-$21 era, but it definitely happened in the $6.75-$7.00 era.

Well they used four of the items 2 or 3 times in the last 10 years or so, so if they end up underusing the first couple of prizes, it's in the realm of possibility.
