Well as much as I like Santa Barbara, I've noticed that lately I've been doing a lot of activity in L.A. Between Price is Right, other tapings, movie premieres, and sporting events, I've almost come to a point where I'm there every weekend now.
So I was wondering if any of you G-Rers lived out in Long Beach or nearby. Long Beach I chose because it has a similar coastal lifestyle as SB, but with the added advantage of the Blue Line which takes you right to Staples Center :D .
In particular, I wanted to see about moving out to this historic building of residence:

I should have no problem finding a similar job out in L.A. (and possibly better pay!) but I wondered if it'd be worth the effort to relocate?
