Studio 41 - Play Along => FPG -- Friday Prediction Game => Topic started by: Torgo on October 01, 2015, 08:43:26 AM

One of the new aesthetic features of the Season 44 turntable involves changing colors. However, the color of the turntable wall seems to indicate what pricing game is being played right now, so any innocuous promotional photos or video of the turntable may spoil an FPG game more than before.
In order to give everyone a fair chance, I think we should post what turntable color corresponds with what game thus far. I've started a list.
(I have not counted anything from Decades Week since they went nuts with the set colors.)
Any Number - alternating red/light blue wall panels; light blue turntable stripe
Bonus Game - alternating green/yellow wall panels; green turntable stripe
Bullseye - red wall
Check Game - green wall
Clock Game - white wall
Coming or Going - alternating pink/yellow wall panels
Cover Up - alternating red/yellow wall panels; yellow turntable stripe
Flip Flop - alternating red/cyan wall panels; blue turntable stripe
Grocery Game - alternating red/orange wall panels; yellow turntable stripe
Make Your Move - ???
Master Key - yellow wall with green polygons; yellow turntable stripe
Money Game - alternating pink/yellow wall panels; yellow turntable stripe
Now... or Then - ???
Push Over - alternating red/light blue wall panels; light blue or red turntable stripe
Shell Game - alternating red/yellow wall panels; red turntable stripe
Spelling Bee - yellow wall
Squeeze Play - light blue or purple wall; blue turntable stripe
Switcheroo - alternating red/cyan wall panels; red turntable stripe
Vend-O-Price - orange wall; blue turntable stripe
MOD EDIT: Combined all of the information known thus far. --Fireball
-
Stickied! :-)
-
It should be noted that Check Game is not on the wrong side of the turntable, as both sides have the light strip. They just extended out the "fake" turntable wall attached to the back of the game so that it's a whole wall, rather than just the top.
And since they kept the green bordering with the fake wall, they may as well just make its color green.
-
Plinko (for $1m) and Danger Price (with a 4K HDTV, treadmill, and accessories as 3 of the prizes) both show up in the Big Money Week promo.
-
The Calendar on the official website has spoiled that Grand Game will be played- for $100K- on Friday the 16th.
Million Dollar Borko is Tuesday.
-
Forget that, all the Big Money games are spoiled.
Also, 40th Anniversary of Cliff Hangers...
...yeah.
-
Big Money Week has been reshuffled. The episode now airing on 10/16 is 7242K
-
If you look at the video for the Evolution of the Showcase Podiums from Decades Week, you can see that they have some stuff out for Big Money Week at the end of the video (as evidenced by the special split we saw today. In it, you can clearly see Squeeze Play (which we saw) and the back of Bonus Game, and what looks to be the back of Flip Flop.
I forget which day Plinko is showing, but obviously Bonus won't be showing up that day.
-
Plinko airs Thursday, so Bonus must show up Wednesday or Friday.
However, Wednesday's episode taped Sept 29th, six days after the video was uploaded. The other Big Money shows taped Sept 1st. While we'll find out for sure Wednesday, it is likely that Bonus Game will air Friday.
Also due to the tape dates, Flip Flop should air either Thursday or Friday. If it doesn't show up Thursday, that will make three spoiled games, which will cancel FPG...
-
Neither Bonus or Flip have been played yet this week. Firey, do with that as you will.
-
Once all the updates to the set catch up I'll grab fresh images of the turntable during each game that we can put in here.
-
Everything has been cleaned up, in regard to the turntable and wall.
-
It looks like we won't be having FPG for October 30 either. Now....or Then and Card Game are definitely spoiled, and a Jaguar XF is behind Door 3, so that is almost certainly 3 Strikes.
Sigh...
-
Not quite. There's an outside chance it's not 3 Strikes.
That retroactive canceling rule may start to come in handy already...
-
The turntable wall appears solid yellow (and the polygons are green) during Master Key; the turntable strip appears yellow.
-
The turntable wall alternates between red and yellow for Shell Game; the TT strip appears red.
-
Bonus Game's TT strip appears green. I think the wall was green and yellow. (I didn't remember because I thought it was here already.)
-
The TT wall appears red and orange for Grocery Game; its TT strip is yellow.
-
Make Your Move features our first tri-color Turntable wall: red, yellow and green (shocker). Its TT strip is red.
-
Since we finally have shows with all the set changes in place, I took the liberty to start taking actual images of each of the games on the turntable (plus a few others that have special colored lights). More will come soon, but for now here's Any Number and Bonus Game:

Plinko was spoiled in this week's promo video, so if it doesn't show tomorrow, then of course it should be picked.

It didn't show up today.
-
Golden Road, a Triple Play win, and Money Game are all spoiled in the Holiday Week promo. I can assume we'll see 3 Strikes too sometime during the week.

The Benz behind door 3 has to be either Strikes or the Showcase. Since Rachel's dress doesn't match those worn in the Golden Road or Triple Play clips... yeah.

Remember the good old days when Golden Road, 3 Strikes, and Triple Play would always be played on Christmas Week?
I miss :clipboard: ...
-
Yeah. They just did it last season.

I miss :clipboard: ...
Yeah, as Guint just pointed out, that actually happened last year. If you may or may not recall, 3 Strikes was on Monday (12/22), Golden Road on Tuesday (12/23), and Triple Play on Wednesday (12/24).
-
We finally see Now ... or Then on a regular show! Its TT strip is ... blue?
Any Number's was blue today as well. I don't think there's any rhyme or reason to this anymore.
-
We saw an unaired playing of Plinko on a TV during one of the one-bids today. That playing of Plinko had $13,500 won.

The Socially Awesome Week promo has been released, which may affect this week's FPG. Check it out here. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAcSn76MNXQ)
Safe Crackers and Balance Game are definitely spoiled, but may or may not happen on Friday. If anyone else spots any other games or indications in the video, discuss them here.
-
If Pamela doesn't play Safe Crackers, then 5 Price Tags would also be spoiled.
-
Magic # is also spoiled, from the first few split seconds in, on the house back monitor. For a split second at one second in, I -think- I can make out a 5PT prop, but this one I'm less sure of, whereas it's 100% for Magic.
-

If you pause around 5 seconds, they are showing a clip with the old home base wall. I don't think that is an indication that a certain game is going to be played.
-
TV during today's playing of Switch? had Magic #. The computer in yesterday's playing of Double Cross was also displaying Magic #.
-
5 Price Tags and Safe Crackers both showed up today. Magic # is all that we're left with.
-
I think it has been established that the Magic # on the TV screen is more than likely from a previous playing. It seems the gifs they're showing in the back wall and their TVs are previous clips from old shows. While Magic # could certainly show (it is due) I don't think it, or any other games seen, should be considered a spoiler.

After having viewed the other 3 playings of Magic # so far this season, I can confirm that we haven't seen the contestant in this playing of Magic # yet. (9/29 was a female, 11/4 was a black male, and 12/15 was a white male with a green shirt). Here's a picture of the spoiled Magic # playing, as seen on the TV in today's playing of Freeze Frame:
http://i.imgur.com/NOmHtMT.jpg (posting a link because the picture is too large to be posted directly)
-
The Switch? playing yesterday was taped the day before Friday's episode, so there's no way that unambiguously points out that it will be played this Friday.
Also note that this week was taped only two weeks ago, so that Magic # playing could be aired on an episode airing much later.
-

After looking at the tape dates, I think you're right in that it will air much later.
-
So, I looked through all the Magic Number playings through the beginning of Season 43 (when they changed the doors) to see if we had seen this guy before.
What I found is that we have seen this playing before from all the way back on October 22, 2014. This was Magic's first playing of that season and if you need video proof, here it is:
While it wouldn't be wrong to think that this game might show up, after all that hashtag fits nicely with the theme, the shot itself does not spoil anything we haven't seen yet.

Nice find (the specific picture of Magic # is at 0:18 in the video). I didn't expect that they'd still be showing clips from last season this late into the new season.
-
Well, as Josh444 stated, one of the gifs feature the old home base wall. So they're just going through old gifs that look exciting or feature a lot of movement and using them.
-
After reviewing all the posts made recently, I'm saying that Cephas and Tris are exactly right. Sorry, I don't have $500 for you to share, you'll have to take some old coupons I had laying about. :P
While it would very much make sense for Magic # to show up given the symbol in its name, there are currently no direct spoilers giving it away. The back-wall clips are definitely old, and nothing else in the promo video tips it off. Likewise, the TV spoilers can't be attributed to Magic appearing, because this week taped in January where the surrounding ones were filmed in October/November... those clips could come from episodes airing as late as April.
Barring any additional evidence surfacing between now and game time, my judgment is that Magic # is currently NOT spoiled. It may be picked with any confidence ranking on your lineups this week, or ignored entirely if you don't feel it's due. If anything else is revealed by Friday, we'll take it as it comes in, but at this time I believe we've divested ourselves of all previously spoiled games.
-
...and then Magic shows up today, so it's a moot point. All games are presently clear, until and unless something new comes in.
-
Might be some spoilers in this promo...
-
I'm admittedly not the best catcher of spoilers, but I ran through this at quarter speed and didn't see anything that would definitively spoil a game. There were lots of prizes shown, but none staged in such a way as to tip off any specific game.
The closest thing I saw to useful information was at the late 8-second mark, where the Cowboys fan (Deonda?) was fistpumping with Door 1 as a near backdrop. That would strongly indicate that she plays (maybe wins, but she could just be reacting to a prize reveal also) a game at Door 2... but there are so many games at Door 2, that little tidbit can't pin down just one as far as I'm aware.
Anyone else can jump in if you see something I don't, but it looks like for once we got a promo mostly free of gameplay spoilers.
-
The TV in today's playing of Swap Meet was showing an unaired Do the Math win that may very well be from tomorrow's show.
Equation: Designer crap ($3,299) - $1,099 = Computer ($2,200)
-
I believe it almost has to be, based on taping dates. From priceisright.com/calendar (http://priceisright.com/calendar):
Today's show taped: October 19
Tomorrow's show taped: October 5
Shows taped before October 19 that have not already aired: just tomorrow's
Do the Math is hereby considered spoiled for tomorrow, February 3. I will contact players shortly who may need to modify their confidence rankings to accommodate this, as soon as I get a chance to finish my own picks and read those submitted.
-
Johnny plays a turntable game first tomorrow.
Adjust your picks accordingly.
-

Adjust your picks accordingly.
Where did you find this?
-
At 0:03 on the lefthand side, the middle of Math is barely shown. You can tell by the silver bottom and the protruding rectangle that has the prize name.
The NFL just released this 2 hours ago. TTM & Half are blatantly shown.
3 games definitely spoiled - FPG should be cancelled.
-
Also, ½ Off ended up getting spoiled.
-
And a hint at Freeze Frame lurking in the path by the turntable
-
Great catch Wayo on spotting Math in that quick shot... I did not see that at all, even at quarter-speed. And yes, the other video does indeed contain TTM, Half, and Freeze (Freeze could in theory be for the other show taped that day which airs in April, but I doubt it).
That's four games potentially spoiled, well beyond the boundaries of the rules. FPG is hereby cancelled for Friday, February 5.
-
Math is spoiled in the NFL vid anyways, at 1:44.
-
Valentine's Day promo for LMAD and TPIR has been released. I don't see any explicit pricing game spoilers here - the only vague spoiler I see is a Door 2 game, but I might be wrong.
-
There is a bit of another hint... around 12 seconds, Rachel models a trip to Italy on the turntable monitors while a couple stands at/near home base (maybe a little bit further back than normal home base position?).
That opens the door for a 1-prize or fee game that is played on the stage. If anyone else can refine that further, please feel free to do so.

From the looks of where the couple is standing, it seems to me like it could be either Balance Game or Cliff Hangers.

A# has been spoiled for this Friday.

Not only that, but it's confirmed sixth.
-
Cliff Hangers appeared today, so that probably narrows down what the mystery home base game could be.
-
Here's the promo for Dream Car Week:
-
And from watching the video, More or Less and a rather famous Big 3 game are definitely spoiled.
-
Here's the promo for Dream Car Week:
Two definite spoilers here - Golden Road (0:05) and More or Less (0:08).
-

Ninja'd by 30 seconds. :(
-
More or Less was played today (Tuesday). Take it off your lists if you haven't already.
-
Today's show started off with L7 as the dream car game.
Yeah, it's safe to say Golden Road is spoiled for tomorrow.
-
College Special promo has been released (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cL3YgZG7c1c). I don't see any explicit pricing game spoilers, but a few prizes are shown, namely a jetski, a trip to Riviera Maya on Door 4, and a Hyundai Accent behind Door 2.
-

Check and Cliff are spoiled.
-
Verified and duly noted. Get your 1's ready... or not, because if another game is spoiled, the whole game goes down.
-
Based on TVs from the 3/24, 4/4, and 4/6 shows, Card Game and Plinko have both been spoiled for the 4/29 FPG. Why 4/29?
Taping date for 3/24: 2/17/2016
Taping date for 4/4: 12/15/2015
Taping date for 4/6: 12/16/2015
Unaired shows taped before 12/15/15: the 4/29 and 5/9 shows, although the latter is from LMAD/TPIR Mashup Week and taped in October, while the former taped on December 8th.
Additional details - the total wasn't completely shown for Plinko, but at least $10k was won. Melissa is the name of the contestant who played Card Game - she won a car worth $22,025 after stopping at $22k with a $2k range.
-
Been mulling this one over... and while we can't say 100% that Plinko and Card are spoiled with that other episode out there, the two-month taping gap almost rules out the 5/9 episode due to how TV spoilers normally work.
So for the purposes of FPG, yes, consider both games spoiled. If we lose one more, we lose the whole game. Thursday though, as of right now, is still clean.
-
Mother's Day Promo is up...
-
Nothing obvious as far as I can see... feel free to correct me if anyone sees different.
-
Nothing obvious as far as I can see... feel free to correct me if anyone sees different.
Watched it at 0.5x and didn't see any explicit pricing game spoilers, although a VW Tiguan (pretty sure that's a Tiguan, correct me if I'm wrong) behind Door 2 and a TT game are shown.
-
Two videos are up for Mashup Week:
-
Quick breakdown of what I saw...
Price games on Price: Squeeze Play
Price games on Deal: Punch-a-Bunch, Cliff Hangers, Hole in One (or Two)
Deal games on Price: Car Pong, Gold Rush, Smash for Cash
Now, there's nothing there that can be pinned to Friday as yet, but keep an eye out for Squeeze Play during the week.
-
This article (http://www.broadwayworld.com/bwwtv/article/CBSs-LETS-MAKE-A-DEAL-THE-PRICE-IS-RIGHT-to-Mix-It-Up-on-Mash-Up-Week-20160502) says Accelerator will be on Price, and this slideshow (http://www.cbs.com/recommended/photos/1006370/sneak-peek-let-s-make-a-deal-the-price-is-right-mash-up-week/109471/this-lucky-contestant-gets-to-play-along-with-both-drew-and-wayne-/) shows a few more prizes
-
Looks like Squeeze Play is officially spoiled for tomorrow, 5/13. So is Smash for Cash, the mashup game.
(also, for those who don't watch Deal, Hole/5PT/Cliff/Key have been the Price mashup games there in no particular order, with Punch being Friday's)
-
The preview video of the Father's Day special airing Friday, June 17th was posted, and it looks like around 0:10 in the video, it's most likely Lucky $even:
-
This could be a major concern, since it is the last time FPG can be played and there is the possibility it will be thrown out. This video spoils Lucky $even as well as the positioning for 5 other Pricing Games. While none of those 5 seem like the PG itself is explicitly spoiled, there is the possibility in the coming days that CBS Press Express or some other outlet will post promotional photos spoiling 2 more games causing the FPG to be thrown out. It's a dangerous situation considering it is supposed to be the show where an FPG Champion is crowned. For what it is worth - I would be in favor of either: holding FPG that Thursday or deciding that next week's FPG will be the final FPG. However, there may not be any further spoilers and FPG may not need to be cancelled and everyone can be happy but it is hard to tell what will happen - would like to hear whammy's thoughts.
-
Okay, so here's what I see, and correct me if I'm wrong. One game looks to be definitely spoiled (that reveal just screams Lucky $even, agreed). Two games look to be at the Giant Price Tag. One game appears to be on the Turntable. One game (and perhaps a second) look to be headed to the area around Door 2.
This does indeed generate a bit of a quandary as far as scheduling. We have two Friday shows left, 6/10 and 6/17. 6/10 is reserved for the semifinals. We do have four new episodes the week after the finals are currently scheduled (6/20-6/23), but their fifth show does not air till 9/1 (the Y&R 11,000th Special), and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to wait that long, myself included (assuming IT didn't get spoiled out by then).
Based on a few minutes of snap thinking, I have a couple of inklings for backup plans, but I want input from all of you players, particularly those who may be taking part in the finals. The final decision will remain mine, but any comments made or concerns raised will be taken under consideration when that decision is made. Plan A is still to play out the finals on 6/17 if at all possible, but two backup options might be:
Plan B: Players send lineups for both Thursday and Friday (6/16 and 6/17). The Thursday lineups remain sealed and are only opened in the event that Friday is spoiled out.
Plan C: If Friday is spoiled out, we play the finals with the four games the following week (using Thursday 6/23 as the game day).
I'd like to have something concrete in place by the time the finals field is set, so if you have comments to make, please make them relatively soonish. I'm open to anything you have to say about Plans B or C, or even if one of you has a Plan D which I haven't yet thought of.
-
IMO, Plan C is the better one of the two in the event that 6/17 gets spoiled out. Sure, 4-episode weeks can be a bit of a crapshoot, but we have a few 4-episode week FPGs in every season.
-
Plan B is better, if we know decently in advance 6/17 is ruined, we might have enough info that 6/16 will be roughly a regular old RPG.
-
Additional potential complication for this Friday: I have no idea what CBS is going to do, but the Muhammad Ali funeral is taking place at 2 PM Eastern. There is also a slow processional occurring in Louisville before the funeral through areas that were special to Ali.
There is a possibility that the Friday show would be preempted in all timezones if they went for full coverage.
I like Plan B better since we at least know something about the Friday show. But I don't want to create lineups for both days; we should know on Wednesday whether we are going on Thursday or Friday.
-
I assume, in the case of Plan B, we would be able to send our Thursday lineups on Wednesday night and then send our Friday lineups on Thursday night? If that is the case, I definitely like that one better.
The Muhammad Ali processional starts at 9 a.m. I really hope CBS doesn't feel the need to cover 5 hours of processional...
-
I like Plan B better since we at least know something about the Friday show. But I don't want to create lineups for both days; we should know on Wednesday whether we are going on Thursday or Friday.
Well, the problem is that while only one game is spoiled now, we could have a sudden blitz of additional spoilers after Thursday's show but before Friday, as has happened at least once before. Both backup plans are currently structured such that Friday can be played if at all possible, but either will hold up in case it falls flat.
I assume, in the case of Plan B, we would be able to send our Thursday lineups on Wednesday night and then send our Friday lineups on Thursday night?
In short, yes. The Thursday lineups would only be unsealed and used in the event of Friday falling through.
-
Updated CBS coverage of the Ali funeral per the Orlando Sentinel:
CBSN, CBS News' 24/7 digital streaming news service, follows the funeral procession, starting at 9 a.m. ET. Josh Elliott anchors. At 1 p.m. ET, CBSN will feature live coverage of the memorial service, anchored by Elliott and Reena Ninan.
So it looks like all coverage will be digital and the episode will air as intended tomorrow.
-
The promo for Big Money Week has been uploaded. At least two games are spoiled:
-
Right, so Plinko and Hole are blatant. Any others that aren't so obvious, which I probably missed?
-
I'm not 100% sure about this, but there's a very brief Door 2 shot at 0:01 with a contestant named Raymond that looks like the 1/2 Off angle. 1/2 Off skipped this week, so it's very likely going to be played next week too.
Didn't catch anything else though.
-
You can add Cliff Hangers to the list.
-
So far, Plinko, Hole, and the dubious Half (what a name for a rock band, eh?) have all been played. Cliff is still in the mix and will become a spoiler if it does not show up tomorrow. Plan your lineups accordingly.
-
Cliff is now officially SPOILED for tomorrow. If you've already submitted and didn't mark it as such, send me corrections. If you haven't come in yet, make a note to put Cliff at a 1.
-
Is Cliff being counted as a win if any amount of cash is won? Or does the top prize need to be won for a win?
-
Falling off the cliff officially constitutes a loss, so I'd imagine the former is likely.
-
Cliff is normally considered won when Hans lives through the ordeal. We're going to stick by that definition, so any amount of success will be considered an FPG "win."

Any Number is spoiled for Veterans Day.

Any Number is spoiled for Veterans Day.
https://www.instagram.com/therealpriceisright/
Just curious (this doesn't apply to me, I picked Any without having seen the spoiler), but would those who already sent in lineups and didn't pick Any Number be allowed to resubmit their lineups with Any Number, given that CBS posted the spoiler after 12?
-
Concur that Any is spoiled. The clip doesn't show it, but that reveal pretty much locks it in.
As far as your question, 2K, the rules state that you can only adjust your confidence rankings in the event of a spoiler. There's no provision for being able to add a late spoiler. Usually, that's not a problem because the spoilers come early, so hopefully this is an exception and not the sign of a new norm.
-
½ Off and Lucky $even are spoiled for next week per this video below from YouTube:
-
We'll have to keep an eye open on this one... the next game after this week is actually Cyber Monday. I expect Cyber Monday to have its own set of spoilers, but the question is if either of these spoilers carries over. We should know that by next Wednesday.
-
799640058013904904[/tweet]]If this tweet is an indicator (http://[tweet), looks as if Pay the Rent will be played today. It just posted minutes ago.
-
½ Off and Lucky $even were played today, so we can knock those two out of the ballpark.
-
2 games are spoiled for next week's specials: One is obvious, the other is not and it's right after the obvious one.
-
2 games are spoiled for next week's specials: One is obvious, the other is not and it's right after the obvious one.
Given that next Friday's show is a kids special, I highly doubt either of the spoiled games will be played on Friday.
-

I don't see another spoiled game at all, but yeah it will be irrelevant. Unless it's some game that makes another playing this Friday unlikely.
-

Scott (show Scott) can confirm that there is indeed another game spoiler in there. Check out the thread for the promo in the video section.
To be honest, I wouldn't put it past the show to have a repeat game this week with all that's going on.
-
I spot what looks like Triple Play... but there's no guarantee that it's on the Kids Special, which is the FPG game. There's what looks like a car in the background of another shot, but that one is definitely not the Kids Special based on the number of adults in-shot. We'll have to keep an eye on it, but I don't think anything is ruled out for Friday yet.
-
According to pictures posted on CBS Press Express, the teams of contestants playing the spoiled games in the video, plus two additional spoiled games, will be played on the "family reunion" special on Thursday. Therefore, the spoiled games are irrelevant to FPG.
-
Thursday? It's the Monday show.
-
Thursday? It's the Monday show.
The Thursday and Monday shows were switched.
-
No FPG for 12/23, as five(!) games are spoiled on CBS Press Express.
-
Should we do a WPG (Wednesday) as we know most of Thursday's and Friday's lineup?
-
Friday is definitely out, as you've all figured.
Let me do some thinking about Wednesday and I'll get back to you by Monday evening one way or the other.
-
Golden Road has been spoiled for next week by a video on the official Instagram.
-
A 5th game for Thursday is spoiled on PressExpress. At this point I guess a WPG would be OK, although those avoiding spoilers are severely handicapped
-
Just as a summary for the public good...
Spoiled for Thursday: Pushover, Punch-a-Bunch, Vend-O-Price, Triple Play, Lucky $even (L7 implied by staging, the rest explicit, via CBSPE)
Spoiled for Friday: Eazy az 1-2-3, Safe Crackers, Flip Flop, Balance Game, Rat Race (all explicit, via CBSPE)
Spoiled in general (not linkable to Thursday or Friday): Golden Road (implied by set elements, via Instagram video)
If you choose Road for Wednesday, you will need to flag it as a 1. Everything else is simply here as information to help you form your lineups.
-
A TV in one of today's showcases showed an unaired Now... or Then win (Jayne guessed "now" for $6.99 shampoo and won) and an unaired Pushover win (female contestant with yellow shirt and jeans, none of the blocks were visible).
-
Today's show taped 11/9 and there are a swath of shows yet to come (some as clear back as 2/8/17) which taped sooner than that. Way too early to pin to a particular show, but a good catch regardless.
-
They're both definitely from the same show, per Drew's (https://1drv.ms/i/s!AoPavCdLcNTfgck-JR5smJkppeFlWQ) tie (https://1drv.ms/i/s!AoPavCdLcNTfgck_TPviw9KkyM9u9A).
-
More TV spoilers today - Brad (with a green shirt saying "WE ARE GETTING SPAYED AND NEUTERED AFTER THIS ONE") won Flip Flop with a price of $7,934 (flopped), and a game with a grill and trip to Austin behind Door 2 (contestant was an old lady named Mary with a pink shirt) - I think it's Double Prices, but not 100% sure (picture) (http://i.imgur.com/1BfXjNm.jpg).
-
A game with a grill and trip to Austin behind Door 2 (contestant was an old lady named Mary with a pink shirt) - I think it's Double Prices, but not 100% sure (picture) (http://i.imgur.com/1BfXjNm.jpg).
I could see that being DX.
-
I could see that being DX.
Looking at YouTube videos of DX, I don't think it's DX - Drew always stands in front of the DX prop whenever the game is won, while the shot on the TV showed Drew standing next to Door 2 (http://while the shot on the TV showed Drew standing next to Door 2) (unless that shot of Drew and the shot of Mary with her prizes were from different games, which I doubt). And in retrospect, I don't think it's DP or Side either since the prop should be visible next to Drew.
-
A TV on today's show featured an unaired Double Cross win (played for a sauna ending in -24 and a computer) and an unaired Pick-a-Number win ($8,175). Based on taping dates, the only 3 shows that those 2 clips could be from are 7763K, 7764K, and 7742K.
-
Promo for Pet Adoption Week (next week) shows Plinko, Hot Seat, and Vend-O-Price.
-
Today's TV features unaired playings of One Wrong Price, Eazy az 1 2 3, and Double Cross.
The Double Cross contestant from today's clip is different from the one on last week's Double Cross TV clip. Therefore, I am reasonably certain that the Double Cross and Pick-a-Number wins on last week's TV are from #7742K (FPG scheduled for 2/8/17), while the three wins on today's TV are from #7763K or #7764K.
-
We'll have to stay on top of this as we get closer to that week. I don't get to watch the show normally, so if you see something air that we've seen, by all means please post.
It appears that the Flip Flop win mentioned by 2K above aired yesterday, so that's off. This Friday's show was taped 11/15, later than just about everything we've seen to date, so we should be relatively spoiler-free.
-
I don't get to watch the show normally, so if you see something air that we've seen, by all means please post.
On that note...
and a game with a grill and trip to Austin behind Door 2 (contestant was an old lady named Mary with a pink shirt) - I think it's Double Prices, but not 100% sure (picture) (http://i.imgur.com/1BfXjNm.jpg).
This was yesterday's playing of Secret "X".
(also, given that Friday's show taped on 11/15, I'm 99% sure that the unaired Now....or Then and Push Over wins are from tomorrow's show)
-
A TV in today's playing of 1 Right Price displayed an unaired Cover Up win (for a $21,356 Honda HR-V), which is probably from 7763 or 7764 given that the same TV was also showing 7765 (1/13)'s playing of Plinko.
(also, the unaired Push Over and Now....or Then wins were indeed from today's show)
-
Since Time is Money was played on today's episode, it's absolutely guaranteed that either Plinko or Hot Seat will show up Friday, meaning we officially have at least one spoiled game on the line for this week's game.
-
There's also a chance we could have 2 spoiled games.
I was pretty sure that the angle seen at 0:08 in the promo was either Time Is Money or More or Less. Since Time was played yesterday and it wasn't that contestant, I think it's now time to add MOL to the spoiled list. If that is not MOL, they are really far off track from where they need to be.
-
The supposed MoL and Vend that are left have two different Drew outfits. That means other content has been mixed into the promo, and IMO that means there are no definitive spoilers for tomorrow. It should be up the player to judge what is legit, what game(s) it could be, and what is fake.
-
I agree with Wayo on this. After discussing with Torgo, I also think the MOL spoiler COULD be Race Game or Take Two. I realize this is a bit of a mess for you to come home to, Scott, but there's unfortunately a lot of ambiguity surrounding these. At least everything's out in the open now. Since we know one of the MOL/Race/T2 and Vend spoilers is for sure wrong, Plinko might even be wrong.
-
Also something to consider about Vend-O-Price: it turns out the clip in the promo is from the January 16th playing, as evident by the grocery products behind Drew.
-
...have I mentioned how much I hate promo videos? :P
So we've established that Vend is not a spoiler... they apparently just kept the camera rolling and recorded Drew saying the line for promo usage. That being said, I don't think they have thrown anything else in here to purposely mislead, so we're going forward like these are legitimate clips.
Looking at Drew with the puppy around 0:03, he does appear to have the same suit as for the clip around 0:08. However, since there's not one solid definitive game to link to the angle, we can't call this a spoiler with what we have right now. Pick what you think best goes there and have fun being wrong. ;)
On the other hand, Plinko is definitely shown in video, and based on player reaction has a good chance of being spoiled to be won. Therefore, I'm ruling that Plinko does have to be marked 1 and CANNOT be used for Play-Along. Anyone who has already submitted Plinko as a PA pick, I will contact you to switch that out.
-
Freeze Frame is spoiled for next Friday. A bunch of other games from next week are also spoiled, but I believe Freeze is the only one explicitly shown from Friday.

Here's the video promo for next week:

Plinko has its $100, $500, and $1,000 spaces, as well.

Alright, so sorry, I don't know how to embed a youtube video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5xaWImBvCM (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5xaWImBvCM)
From previous spoilers, Emily (Pink Shirt, blonde) was standing on the turntable. This video adds a bit on top of that, that she is going first on Friday. Good luck trying to 4MP the first game.
(I think this is grounds of posting in the spoilers section?)
-
It reveals enough that we can assume there's a turntable game first, and know for sure that Freeze Frame is NOT first. Past that, not much, but still a good catch.
-
I saw a deleted post on this, but 109725_0592.JPG reveals a Showdown without the Pink Shirt contestant going first and the blue shirt black suited person in Freeze. So, Freeze is either 2nd or 3rd. 50-50 shot at a second free MP everyone!
-
And a Door 2 game is spoiled as the other first half game.
-
Let me do a quick recap of all the hints we know so far (You are welcome, and someone correct me if I am missing something.):
- A girl in a Pink Shirt goes first and plays a turntable game. In that video, the first four that come on down from Red to Green, we have a woman in a grey shirt, a man in a black shirt, a woman wearing blue and black, and the pink shirt girl. (From the Video Sneak Peek #2)
- The woman wearing blue and black gets called up sometime in the first half and plays Freeze Frame. (Spoilers from 109725_0172.JPG and 109725_0592.JPG)
- The man in a black shirt comes up sometime in the first half and stands in between Door 1 and 2 (Spoilers from 109725_0208.JPG etc. and 109725_0592.JPG)
- In the promo, the girl with a purple "Love" shirt runs up to Chris on the area where the asterisks are. She plays a game midstage from 109725_0346.JPG, and goes last in 109725_0592.JPG.

Possibly reveals specifically A# first in the upper right corner image, given we know this player is first from the show's video? Thoughts? All the shots are part of a longer 20-second clip, though I like the above for its compilation/catch-all purposes: http://people.com/tv/price-is-right-celebrity-week-video-julie-bowen-wilmer-valderrama/

I already leaked all my secrets, so may as well post.
I was thinking maybe Bee, because I thought the background was yellow. However, I can see A#. I am not sure.

The Los Angeles Rams tweeted that one of their players made it on the show!
Punch a Bunch 100% confirmed 6th.

In order for a spoiled PG to be a valid pick, that spoiler must be posted in The New Turntable & Potential FPG Spoilers thread at least 12 hours before the submission deadline of the FPG in question. If a PG has been spoiled and it has not been posted in the Spoilers thread, then any uses of that PG will be stricken and replaced with the PG that has been picked by the most people.
...A little too late? You submitted this 30 minutes ago, and the game is in 9 hours? And the twitter post 834804746825277440[/tweet]] (http://[tweet)[/url] was from 13 hours ago, so it could have been posted?
Sorry, just a little sore I didn't catch this spoiler in my big recap.

Sorry, just a little sore I didn't catch this spoiler in my big recap.
Alright, sorry for double posting, but me rebuttling to say that I am sore? I have to justify my actions.
Good on Cody for coming up last moment! Go Rams!
For those who haven't submitted picks keep in mind that from the 109725_0592.JPG showdown on the Media Spoilers, the Purple Love Shirt girl is last, and then Cody is 2nd, and one more person is going first. I think if you choose Punch A Bunch it will get thrown out for the next popular game, but use this info to help your other two picks for the second half.

The official show Twitter retweeted it roughly 15 minutes before I posted.
I don't follow the Los Angeles Rams on Twitter. Why would I know that? (http://[tweet)
-
I knew that the Access Hollywood Live special would have spoilers; it was just a question of when. 839569083301412864[/tweet]] (http://[tweet)[/url]
Welp, Swap Meet is spoiled.
-
Alright, firing squad, everyone shoot me.
https://www.accesshollywood.com/videos/nat-kits-adventures-the-price-is-right/ (https://www.accesshollywood.com/videos/nat-kits-adventures-the-price-is-right/) 1:48 We see 2 of the 4 props of 5PT? Confirmed 5PT?
-
Yep, that's 5PT for sure.
-
College Rivals promo aired during Let's Make A Deal this morning. I'm sure it will be posted online shortly.
Spoiled blatantly and immediately are Cover Up and 1/2 Off along with 1/2 Off's result.
Couldn't tell if there were any others but it appears not. However, it's a long way from now until next Friday, so I'd definitely say this game is on thin ice.
-
Here is the college rivals video for reference. I don't see any more games besides the two aforementioned.
Removed busted link.
-
Double Prices and Grocery Game have been spoiled on CBSPE, so no FPG for 3/24.
-
Can we do a RPG instead? We have 4 of the 6 games for Friday now.
-
Friday is definitely gone, as others have mentioned.
As for Thursday... probably. I'll get back to you on that in a day or two. :)
-
Socially Awesome Week promo is out (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Agfr2hrMnaM)
Notable things, in order of appearance in the promo: (highlight to read)
- Michael appears to be playing Cover Up, based on TT colors (both MYM and NoT have yellow above red)
- "Gonna be hot" = generic clip, used in previous promos
- Switzerland is a SC trip, based on the phone on Rachel's side
- Any Number is won
- James running on a treadmill next to watches in front of door 3 implies Rat (not 100% sure)
- Bonus Game is won
-
Based on pictures and videos found on Rachel's Instagram, I believe that we can consider More or Less spoiled for the Mother's Day special on May 12th.
-
Any Number was played today, so take that off your radar from the promo spoilers.
-
The Switzerland trip and Bonus Game both appeared today, so strike those out.
-
Cover showed today & was played by a Michael, as did the treadmill and watches (which were not in a pricing game).
As such, Friday's game should be spoiler free.
-
I don't have a concrete spoiler yet, but a word of warning...
850014991814074369[/tweet]] (http://[tweet)[/url]
...Oh boy. If they post after 9AM EST, this is fine, but if they post before then...
Keep an eye out on the Facebook account.
-
We'll re-evaluate as necessary if and/or when something goes up. For now, it stays wide open.
-
Vend-O-Price and Plinko are spoiled for next Friday.
-
https://cbspressexpress.com/cbs-entertainment/shows/the-price-is-right/photos
Two more games are spoiled for next Friday - no FPG. It's close enough that we could another RPG if wanted...
-
Yep, Friday's gone. Tentatively, we will try an RPG on 4/20 - leave the pot references at home, please. :P
For reference in case anything goes down...
SPOILED FOR FRIDAY: Vend, Plinko, OA, CoG
-
Add Lucky 7 to the spoiled list for Friday.
-
Although the show airs in 45 minutes (5/5/17), I have to throw this out there: Cover Up was spoiled, but it technically came in 55 minutes before the due date. Ruling on nuking that one?
860465353675206656[/tweet]] (http://[tweet)[/url]
-
According to Twitter, TPIR posted that on 7:05AM Central time. Maybe it should only be spoiled for people who submitted their picks after 7:05AM. Just a suggestion.
-

I shouldn't be arguing here, but then that would only give people who submitted after 7:05 a maximum score of 20 compared to a 24 for everyone else. It shouldn't be their fault that they can't S-rank.

Lucky Seven, 1/2 Off, More or Less and Freeze Frame all spoiled for next Friday. RIP Playoffs.
-
So noted. We're going to try and play it on Thursday, since we have at least four games known on the Friday show (and could have more before Thursday rolls around).
-
Five games (Range Game with a win, Pathfinder, Bonus Game, 3 Strikes, Vend-O-Price) spoiled in next week's promo.
-
^ That Vend-O-Price has been seen before.
-
Ah yes, Dream Car Week.
Or, as it has been nicknamed in my home, Absurdly-Expensive Tax Burden Week. :-D
-
It looks like Squeeze Play is showing up Friday:

All the games from the promo have been played. Make sure you chime in if there are any new ones we haven't seen in this space.
-
A game played on #7983K was posted on Twitter and quickly removed, and has not been posted in the proper thread.
The game in question was Range Game.
-
Also would like to add Dice was spoiled for last week through promos. I highly doubt it shows up on a 1, so felt it necessary to give that out as well.
