That certainly was a nice way to celebrate the man's birthday, with three wins in the six games, and all but the last also having been played in his time as host. As frustrating a game as 10 Chances can be, it's always great to see it won.

Nice touch on the recap presentation using 1972-inspired graphics.

I laugh that every "big" show they trot out Plinko and it falls flat dead.

My local affiliate seems to have had some network feed problems just after Drew's introduction. Anyone else have any issues?

Anyway, this is yet another one of those shows that makes me wonder why on earth people seem to like Plinko. I get that it's an exciting game, the props are nice, the board is cool, but no one ever seems to win much. Just my two cents there.

VERY NICE to see a win in 10 Chances. I can't remember when the last time that happened was.

Great show. But I think we all know the reason why Bob didn't make an appearance (or probably two reasons at that)...

10 Chances! One of my favorite games, and perhaps you can see why. Today I thought to myself: Would the contestant lose the car because of his one deviation from “the zero rule”? He had enough chances (six) at it to virtually guarantee a win following that rule. Suspense... and a win on the penultimate chance! :)     Now, let’s see it played for a $51K - $98K car; I’m still hoping.

And 95 years. Wow.

I’m fine with it, but it Really shows that Drew really doesn’t hold much affinity for 10 Chances. It’s fine and his nerve-wracked responses are kinda funny, but I dread the day that the next contestant truly bombs in this game, as per usual.

I was disappointed with this "special" - I know the man retired 11 years ago but the show would not be there on CBS right now if it wasn't for his amazing 35 year-run.  They could have done a bit more to make it special, putting that horrible $13,000 Chevy Spark in "his" Showcase was basically an insult.  That's the time to pull out the BMW, Cadillac, etc.
