An english proverb said that all good things must come to an end, here's the exception! In an odd twist of events I am now the next to follow my own episode. So if you did not make it into the first show, don't fret.
A big difference in this episode is that it is a full hour, so I will need at least 6 9 contestants
So here are the rules again for everyone
*Sign-ups will last for 48 hours (so it will start 9/10 around 7pm)
*Contestant called down will get a message from me, but that is it
*You will have 24 hours to submit your response.
*I'm a very lenient person, so if you have not been buzzed by me in Contestant's row and no one else has bid, feel free to enter your bid. This also applies to the pricing games
*The audience is allowed, even expected to help
Also, for any of you who remember this extremely hard challenge from my first show:
*As a little challenge, anyone who can guess the three games in order automatically gets the green spot. Being the nice person I am, I will even tell you the last game is the car game
I have made it much easier, If you can tell me the last game played you will automatically be called down in the first four
(Note: this is on a first come - first serve basis, so there is no point in repeating a guess)
*Finally, enjoy yourself. It's supposed to be fun :-)
-
Just to make sure everyone understands, hosts usually have to wait in line to host their next show, but 123123123 posted a script about 2 weeks ago when there was nobody in line. So, he is up.
-
Wait...there's nobody in line? :o
Cyclone
-
I'm in. :-D
-
Wait...there's nobody in line? :o
Cyclone
There are currently 2 shows in line after this on. But when 123123123 submitted this show, there was nobody in line. It is a bit unusual, but not too strange for the summer. During the season, the line has gotten 6 or 7 deep.
-
Oh I'm in too! :-D I'm too lazy to guess! :-D
-
Time To Play Again...
-
Perhaps I can get something resembling redemption...
(Yes, I am signing up.)
-
I will play this time: I want to take a guess at it; let try my name sake: Pathfinder.
-
Wait...there's nobody in line? :o
Cyclone
Just to be sure, does this mean you will be part of the show or not? I don't want any confusion.
-
That was kind of a comment towards both scenarios:
- there was no one in line here
- there was no one in the show line in between
It was kind of addressed to both. :P
So meh, why not.
Cyclone
-
I'll play...again!
For my guess...I don't know...Most Expensive?
-
I can already tell this hour show is going to be a new challenge
I will keep the sign-ups open till 7pm tomorrow since I do not have enough people
-
I'll sign up if you let me.
-
ill play and ill go THATS TOO MUCH!!!!
-
I'll sign up with Grand Game
-
Ok, here we go.
(Just for the record, no one guessed the right game.)

This 2102 Toyota Tacoma has 5-Speed Manual transmission and a standard-size bed

You will give me a number, one at a time, and what you fill in first is what you win. Best of Luck :-)
-
Let's start with a 8 please. (Will Toyota be still around making trucks in 2102? ;))
-
You said 8, let's see.
In the car, keep going

Let's go for a 7 please.
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/b65fb927.jpg)
Not where you want it, keep trying for the car.
-
Let's try the other 1? (can I go ahead and do multiple numbers to speed it up?)
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/57101437.jpg)
Be careful, you are one digit away from the piggy bank. :-(
About your idea of speeding up the game, I have read in other HYO's that some games should not be sped up because of the disadvantage it puts the player at, with Any Number being one of these.
You can go ahead and post multiple digits, but DO NOT complain to me saying you did not have a fair shake at the game. ;)
-
Rather than even give S&P something to consider, I'm going to echo; I was once asked for my first four numbers on Any Number, and I went ahead with the first three I was going to pick regardless, then stated I was only doing one at a time because of the nature of each digit possibly affecting the next decision. That very pricing game playing plus other factors led to the show being terminated. I will suggest staying with the one at a time deal.
Cyclone
-
BTW, That Show Cyclone is talking about was my show.
-
if the PLAYER feels comfortable with giving multiple numbers, that is fine. but the show HOST should never request or require that a player do so. Cyclone explained these reasons clearly.
-
I will leave it at one at a time then. Let's try a 3 please.
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/ANY%20NUMBER5_zps391cb7c9.jpg)
Wow, cheap wardrobe. :-)
Another number please
-
Cheap wadrobe is cheap: Let's try the 0. (can't possibly be less than a buck in the piggybank...is there?)
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/ANY%20NUMBER6_zps1ac0afb6.jpg)

Keep on going.

Let's try a 9 please...
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/ANY%20NUMBER7_zpsc45a9c69.jpg)

Ultimate suspense here. :-D

DarkShockBro, come up on stage so you can win a great prize.
I just gave you a stainless steel grill, and I bet this next prize will go great with it. Here it is!
It's a stainless steel gas range!!!!!!
This range has 4 separate stovetop cookers, just like every other range. But unlike other ranges, this one cost $2,702!
To win that range you will need to win Secret X. Now all I want you to do is get tic-tac-toe using the X hidden in the center column.
First, tell me where you want your free X. Then, to earn two more, tell me the correct price of these small products.
This Razor scooter has all the ordinary features of a regular scooter, with the name Razor on it.
This box set of The Hunger Games contains all three books.
You can give me both prices at once, or one at a time. Whatever floats your boat.
Best of Luck :-)
-
Yeah, wouldn't have gone that high. Figured I was wrong. LMAO
Cyclone
-
:-P Lol Dark!
inorite? Also, really? A pricing game for a prize UNDER $3,000?! I feel ripped off, good sir, I really do. :-(
*sighs* Oh well. I'll put my first X on the top left, and the next two, if I get them on the bottom right and the top right respectively.
I'll guess $55, and $32.
Unbelievable. I struggle through most of this game just to play for a cheap range?! I will hunt down your family if I do not get to the showcases...maybe.

You got the scooter right, but not the book set. So you will get one X to try and win the range.
You said the bottom right, so if it is in the middle you will win a cheap range. If it is not, you lose a cheap range. Let's see where it is.

First of all, get cleaned up. I'd like to have a clean stage please. :-)
Second of all, after being accused of being cheap in the last pricing game, I have to try and give one of these away pronto...
A NEW CAR!!!!

Getting that car won't be easy, because you're playing Pathfinder. I can tell you that the first number is a 1.
You have to walk a path of the price of that car, and if you make a mistake here are the products you can use to get more chances.

So, tell me, do you think the second number in the price of that car is a 5, 9, 7 or 3?
Best of luck :-)
-
Don't worry, I was being sarcastic when I said I would hunt down your family. I just think it's rather cheap to offer a prize that cheap, is all. You aren't in Budget Armageddon, right? ;)
-
I shall bump...don't know why.

With only one game won so far, I'm probably in the opposite. :-)
That's certainly good to hear! :-) So...weather's nice, huh?

Someone brought up the word "budget". This isn't a very pricey car, I believe.
I'll try 5 first. *steps on 5*

Bumping what? I am so confused. :-?

This post brought back my sanity. Before I lose it again, Is it the 5?
EROOO
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/finder_zps56c72d6f.jpg)
Nope, now tell me the price of one of the three products.

It's not a five? RIGGED. (Kidding.)
I can't see you using a $10 clock, so $20.
Cyclone
-
You know what? I think I'm going to make a recommendation. I am 90 percent certain that the price is...
$13,960.
Versa's are VERY cheap, especially with the S or base model.
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/Copy2ofpath_zpscc12e771.jpg)
Ok, now what do you think is the next number in the car?
Oops, I wrote that thinking you were right about the clock. You are going to have to try another prize to get another chance.
-
Hmm, I was trying to save the Nano for last, but the pillows I'm not 100% sure of. I'll just do the Nano because I know that one: $149.
(I won a one-bid of Apple products in another show. I know my half-eaten fruit.)
To speed things up, presuming I'm right, 3 was where I was thinking of going, so with the confirm above I'll do that next. I know that there are models LESS than that price ($13,000) available over there, whereas they're $17,000 over here (or somesuch).
Cyclone
-
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/Copy2ofpath_zps07972c05.jpg)
I would not be surprised if on the other show you're talking about, they used a 16GB nano, this was only an 8GB.
Now there is a dilemma, if you get this wrong, we are going to have a wipeout. Choose carefully.
-
...wha?
Geez, everything in both of your shows is surprising me so far...
I don't want to wipe out. Audience help on the pillows?

I would go with $26. I can't see 2 pillows being $48. I think that's too expensive, but I'm not 100% certain, sorry. :-(
-
...wha?
Geez, everything in both of your shows is surprising me so far...
I don't want to wipe out. Audience help on the pillows?
Cyclone
I can see that if I do another show soon, I'm going to have to make some BIG changes. :-)
-
Here's the thing: designer pillows can be $24 each. Proof. (http://www.zazzle.ca/new_designer_big_soft_pillows-189013396439536803) Those ones are $69 each.
So this is a tough call. I'm leaning towards $48, but any other opinion first?
EDIT: Screw it. $48. *crosses fingas*

BUZZ
Wow, well that's a bummer, ain't it?
Let's see what the price of the car was.
If it makes you feel better, something tells me with that price, it didn't matter how many of those small prizes you got right, you were NOT winning that car. :-)
Lets try to avoid a winless half after this line break

Note taken.
I'm joking BTW. ;) But yeah, I don't think I've seen a $13,000 car on the show for ages. If that $10-$11K model ever makes the show, the crowd will flip when a wrongly guessed price is revealed in Cover Up...or a showcase will be grossly overbid by $10,000.

I knew you were joking, but I thought that cheap items meant the games would be easier. In retrospect, I think it actually made the games harder. That won't happen again

Huzzah! Nah, I kid. Don't worry about it; we all have room for improvement. Let me know if you need any help; I'll be happy to do so. :-)

THAT was hard? You've clearly never seen my setups.

wpghi5, join me on stage where we will play the final pricing game of the day.
If you been paying attention, you would have seen that the second half has been filled with interesting points, but lacking in wins. To help me avoid a 1-for-6 day, you are going to have to win this...
A trip for 4 to Japan!!!
For 6 nights, you will stay at the Shiba Park Hotel, which is minutes away from the biggest attractions of Japan.
You are going to play a simple game called Side By Side. Move the top tile to make the right price of the trip. Best of Luck :-)

Here we are at the wheel.
All three of you had a rough day, but it can change here. Please give me your two numbers and your stopping point.
Cyclone ($720)
DarkShockBro ($1,984)
wpghi5 ($2,400)
-
Dammit, I got the lowest? Well, may as well shoot for the moon here.
7 and 11. If I reach 60, stop. If I get a dollar, my bonus spin is 17. I think that covers all bases.
Cyclone
-
I was thinking $9597! Anyways my numbers are 9 and well 9. Lol. I'll tie or beat the leader.
-
Oh, joyous day. Um...12 and 12, bonus spin being 12 again. I'm feeling that number. Also, I'll stop if I tie or beat the leader.

Cyclone
Probably. Either that, or Richards used the budget to pay 123123123 so that he could take over the show. I'd accept either one. ;)
I'm kidding, bro. That would be hilarious though. :-D

The showcases will start right after this line break.

Here we are at the showcases, with Cyclone as our runner up and 03F5man as our top winner. Pay attention to this showcase, It can go to either of you.
**********************************************************************
Welcome to the lazy showcase. I was too lazy to come up with a real showcase, so I'm going to give you these...
TWO NEW CARS!!!!
The first is a blue 2013 Ford Fiesta with automatic transmission and a power moonroof
(http://i1150.photobucket.com/albums/o608/123123123183/2w1w/fe849aa3.jpg)
The second is a red 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Premium with floor mats and a rear lip spoiler
Enjoy.
*************************************************************************
03F5man, do you want to bid or pass on this showcase?
-
Y'know, I saw that coming. Oh well. Might as well make a suggestion of $44,000 for the first showcase. Fiestas are about $15,000, and I'm pretty sure the Genesis is just under $30,000. Also, as an honest question, did Mike Richards play any part in this show? I'm just curious, is all. ;)
-
I was just gettin' ready to bid since I don't have over a grand of prizes (due to Mike Richards) and need a new car, but then realized it's not my bid. :P
I will stand by in case it's passed.
Cyclone
-
Ill bid $40199
-
I'll bid...oh, wait, he bid? Drat. :P
Cyclone

nice try cyclone

$40,199, 03F5man your bid is locked in. Now Cyclone here is your showcase.
***************************************************************************
I was literally seconds away from doing a variation of the first showcase, but changed it at the last second. This showcase ended up being about up in the air.
So you will take two exciting trips to Chicago and Seattle!!!
First you will spend six nights at the famed Pennisula Hotel in the heart of Chicago.
Then pack up for another six-night trip to luxiorious Seattle, where you will stay at the Four Seasons Hotel
Now since this is an "air" showcase, I might as well give you one of these,
Your very own helicopter!!!!!
This Mini-500 helicopter has a unique egg shape great for flying.
I hope you enjoyed this showcase, because it can be yours if the price is right.
*************************************************************************
Cyclone, what is your bid?
-
There's absolutely no good way to price this, so I'm just going to outbid my opponent here. $41,234.
