I already hate Bag/Path as is and adding Pocket in there sucked out any possibility of this being a good lineup. It's so budget that I can't even provide any other reason for my disappointment towards this lineup for any other reason than budget. Though given we know a couple games that are supposed to air next Friday, I'm also unhappy that we are going to be repeating back-to-back Friday and that's not good on the shows part. Everything played out very standard and I really just want to get out of budget mode, so we can stop getting shows like these where we never get off the ground. I don't have anything to say about the actual games, so that's why you're getting a Bag/Path rant from me today. Here's the rundown:
It's in the Bag - Wayo was the only to pick it and he nailed it. Good for him, he'll get 4/4 and 50K.
Double Prices - 5 picks. Everyone who picked it got at least 2 MP, Wayo nailed this.
Pocket Change - SANDBAG
Pushover - 5 picks. Hag and Sweeper get 2X PA.
Switch? - Most popular game with 8 picks. 2K gets PA, no one nailed both the slotting and the result.
Pathfinder - 4 picks. Wayo, me, JJ, and Flerb each get 10K. Only Wayo didn't nail it, so me, JJ and Flerb get the bonus points.
Your top 4 consists of the 4 people who nailed a game today. Wayo ran away with the MP from the start, but he wasn't confident enough to get the runner-runner bonus and has to settle for gold with 10/20. JJ gets the silver with 6/24 and wins the CP games, as both me and Flerb as had 6 MP, but I got bronze with 6/22 and Flerb gets the runner-up position with 6/18.
Some common games, but rough slotting and the weak lineup depressed scored. We also had a couple people lose out on NCFAC picks.
Our last regular game of the season is this Thursday, since our Mother's Day is spoiled out. Come out and celebrate as we celebrate 25 games and the end of my first season.
