Took them long enough, but it's finally up. (http://www.priceisright.com/calendar/)
Highlights:
-Season premiere confirmed 9/18
-Some minor episode shuffling already in premiere week (8011, 8012, 8014, 8015, 8013)
-NBCAM special airs 10/2
-Thanksgiving special (airing 11/24) will be a College Rivals show
-Grandparents Day special on 1/5
-New theme week - "Youth Week" from 3/19-3/23
-Teacher's Special on 4/6
-Bachelor/Bachelorette Special on 4/27
-Big Money/Dream Car Weeks not listed yet
-
I'm thinking there will also be a July 4 show and a back-to-school show added at some point -- currently, they've only listed 188 episodes.
-
-Big Money/Dream Car Weeks not listed yet
The thinking between OneBidTris and myself is that they'll be the weeks of 10/9 and 1/15 (or vice-versa), because they're taping closer to those weeks than the surrounding weeks (9/12 and 1/8, respectively).
It also appears that Cyber Monday is happening again.

The week of 2/19 is also a possibility for one of those weeks. It's likely that another special week (Celebrity, PCH, etc.) hasn't been put up yet.
As for "Youth Week", a Sweet 16 special taped on 8/20, so it's possible that each day that week will feature a different age group.
-
If I had to Guess, December 29 is their Best of 2017 Episode , due to when that episode tapes ( 12/4 )
Plus , we get a new Episode on Memorial Day 2018 ( May 28 )
-
So, the season premiere hasn't actually taped yet. (Monday)

As far as I know, it has taped.

Absolutely guarantee weeks of 10/9 and 2/19. Those are sweeps periods.

Per the calendar, it tapes Monday. The remainder of premiere week has already taped.

Given how close the taping dates and airdates are for that week, I have a strong feeling that the week of 1/15 is going to be Socially Awesome Week. They've all aired during the second calendar year of the season, and Season 44's Socially Awesome Week aired right around the same time. If I remember correctly, Season 45's SAW was originally scheduled for January too (and then they ultimately moved it up to April to make way for PCH and Celebrity Weeks which were added later into the season).
I'd wager a guess that the week of 10/9 is Big Money Week (all of them except for the initial BMW in Season 41 have aired in October or November), and 2/19 might be Dream Car Week (Season 44's aired right around that same time, not to mention the extremely early taping date compared to the other shows around it)

I believe the Thanksgiving special airs on 11/22, not 11/24.
I wonder why there's no New Year's Day episode. I know there has been in previous years.
I'm surprised they're not doing a Drew's 60th Birthday episode.
-

I'm not surprised Drew doesn't want to acknowledge that he really is 60 years old. :-D
-

It's not officially listed yet, but I'm pretty sure 8145K is a New Year's show, as evidenced by both air date and the close tape date.
-
Any indication of a new game yet?
-
Any indication of a new game yet?
Technically, no. I don't think most of us have heard about a new game. However, in an interview Mike gave back in March (https://youtu.be/ZvxLuB4Pn58?t=2m20s), he stated that they were rehearsing a new game for this season. We'll see if it shows up during premiere week. The promo didn't really shed light on anything as it seems there's probably only two (or one) clips from next week in it.
-
Of course, the actual season premiere hasn't taped yet, so...
-
Season 46 has started taping already (started back in July), but yeah, the first airing episode still hasn't been taped yet.
I find it kinda interesting that they'd wait until a week before the air date to tape the season premiere, especially considering how pretty much all the other episodes (including the rest of the episodes in premiere week) are going to be or were taped at least a month prior to airing.
-

I wonder why they are waiting so late? Has it been done like this before?
-
I'm betting that the reason they waited so long is that they have a new game in line for the premiere but it wasn't ready yet. If you look at the 8050's you notice that they all taped much earlier except for one taping 9/11, today. My guess is today is new game day and so they will tape it twice.

11/22 is correct; CBS will have a college football game (Missouri - Arkansas) on 11/24 starting at 11:30 AM Eastern. Note that the calendar lists pre-emptions but not repeats.
And when was the last time CBS aired a new episode on 1/1? Friday 1/1/2016 did not have one; neither did Thursday 1/1/2015.
-
And when was the last time CBS aired a new episode on 1/1?
The last time , and based on the Thread where I got this info, and the only time to happened in the last 46 Years , 2013.
-
What does NBCAM mean?
-
^ National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
-
They might do Big Money Week in February, since it doesn't look like there are any big events that month. Dream Car Week, they could stick anywhere.
-
It also appears that Cyber Monday is happening again.
Something else that appears to be happening again; repeats on the Tuesday and Wednesday of the first week of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Thursday and Friday, I understand, because of CBS's daytime game coverage, but why on Tuesday and Wednesday - or, for that matter, why bother airing a new episode on that Monday?
-

Wonder what that new game will be

I'm not discounting this, because I still think this makes sense. But I'll also note that based on Snapchat, every model was in attendance for the taping of the season premiere. So, my guess is that another reason they might've taped it late is perhaps to get all of them together at once to celebrate Drew's 10th anniversary (the overarching theme of Premiere Week).

Christmas Holiday episodes airing in December?
-
It does stand to reason there'll be a few holiday shows.
-

I actually just found out that it's gonna be called Gridlock and that it's gonna be played for a car. It's a traffic-themed game where the contestant will have to navigate into an empty lane by guessing the price of the car. I'm not sure exactly how they're gonna guess it (guessing between several choices, guessing individual digits, or the equivalent of free response, or something else)
-
It does stand to reason there'll be a few holiday shows.
Quite a few things aren't listed yet - for example, "Cyber Monday" isn't marked as being a special episode of any sort.
I am also assuming 12/29 will be a "Best of 2017" episode.

I wonder if that means that 8013 had a big winner ($25k on the wheel, Golden Road win, 3 Strikes win, etc)

The current (10/16) version of the schedule does not list new episodes on either Thursday 12/7 or Thursday 12/14. Any ideas why?
It looks like an episode from the week of 12/14 will air on 1/2 instead, and an episode from the week of 12/7 will air as the season finale (if you don't count July 4) on 6/27.
Could it be episode shuffling as a result of trips to the Napa and Sonoma Valley?
-
Didn't take long for the schedule to become a complete mess.
Why do they insist on taking the 4 show break after Thanksgiving and the 2 show break before March Madness? Just plug in the leftover shows then.
-
The Episode that was originally Scheduled on Oct. 6 ( 8035K ) was moved all the way to 6/25/18
The Episode that was supposed to air on Nov. 2 ( 8074K ) was moved to 6/26/18
I don't know if those changes have been on the site for a while.
Wayoshi is right , these shows can be showed during the Week of 11/27 , instead of waiting until the end of June 2018.
-
Why "dream car week" is missed on the calendar? And promo not aired?
-

Dream Car Week aired this last week, 10/9 to 10/13.
-
The episode Before The Halloween Show ( October 30 ) now has the title "Bad Moms"
They probably gonna have stars from the sequel to Bad Moms ( A Bad Moms Christmas ) on the show.

Isn't the 4 reruns after Thanksgiving just a switch from what they used to do with reruns between Christmas and New Years - that is putting the reruns in the post Thanksgiving week to allow for new shows in the later holiday week, without increasing the total # of shows made?
Not that it explains why it wouldn't be a good place to plug in shows that were missed (or even re-show those where only parts were missed) due to other events occurring during their originally intended run times.
Also seems like they could just add a quick disclaimer when things have happened in an area, similar to what Wheel did with the week of Texas themed shows, rather than worrying about moving them all over the place... You'd think by now people would realize that shows are generally not being done live unless they specifically say so, but...

Never underestimate the stupidity of a modern TV viewer...

Here are the shifts I see on the calendar:
10/2 repeated on 10/23
10/23 moved to 10/6
10/6 moved to 6/25
1/24 (Bad Moms) and 10/30 switched, presumably because Bad Moms Christmas opens on 11/1
No show listed on 12/14; I am assuming a repeat
12/14 moved to 12/12
12/12 moved to 1/2
1/2 moved to 1/4
1/4 moved to 11/2
11/2 moved to 6/26
No show listed on 12/7; I am assuming a repeat
12/7 moved to 12/6
12/6 moved to 6/27
What I don't get is, why move 1/2 to 1/4, and then 1/4 to 11/2? Why not just move 1/2 to 11/2 - or, for that matter, move 12/12 to 11/2 and leave 1/2 and 1/4 where they are?

Hi! what's happens to http://tpirstats.com/ ???
It was nice every week to read the various stats.
I'm sad...

why was youth week cancelled
-
why was youth week cancelled
It wasn't cancelled , they reworded the description for all 5 days to show what type of show is happening on each day ( Baby Shower , Ages 4-9 , Tweens , Sweet 16 , College Kids )
-
10/2 repeated on 10/23
10/23 moved to 10/6
10/6 moved to 6/25
12/14 moved to 12/12
12/12 moved to 1/2
1/2 moved to 1/4
1/4 moved to 11/2
11/2 moved to 6/26
12/7 moved to 12/6
12/6 moved to 6/27
More shuffling:
The previously "airdate TBA" Summer Beach Party will now be on 6/21
12/6 is now on 6/25
10/6 is now on 6/29
11/2 is now on 7/2

Another shift: for some reason, the Monday 3/26 and Monday 4/30 episodes appear to have been switched.
Also, keep an eye out for additional changes, in light of the 3/12 airplane crash in Kathmandu, Nepal. (An earthquake in that area caused the 2015 Cinco de Mayo episode to be moved to August because one of the showcases included a trip to there.)

I mean an Earthquake moving an episode is one thing because its a natural disaster but I don't think an airplane crash would move it, especially since this is the first I am even hearing about it and I try to pay attention to the news pretty regularly.
