Title: The Higgins Edition of Price is Right [Episode 2]
Post by: William on July 06, 2011, 12:34:49 AM
(http://i938.photobucket.com/albums/ad228/Austin7298/ComeonDown.png)

It's time for my second HYO. This time I've created some better graphics for the games and contestants row. Those of you that saw my first game know that it ran a little slow, but now that I'm a veteran, I know to speed it up a little.

24 hours of course is the limit, however if circumstances are present, I will notify you and extend the time a little. Let me know if you can't be online for the day.

Whenever I get 10 sign-ups, we'll start. This will be a fun one.

The opulent, and posh of the Sovereign Fireplace With Electric Insert by Aico Furniture brings the influence of European antiques to life with traditional carvings, detailed looping, harlequin marble, and a subtle cafe latte finish called Soft Mink. Solid birch is used throughout the collection because of its close grains, and satiny texture, and the carefully applied café latte finish enhances the natural beauty of the wood.

Third:

This 9 piece Counter Height Storage Dining room set features a lazy susan and bar stool set. It's a great way to bring style and elegance to your Dining room, and there they are Drew!

Drew: Alright Shaymin, to win them, all you have to do is tell me which one is the Most Expensive. Is it #1, the TV? Is it #2, the Fireplace? Or is it #3, The Dinette Set?

$3299; show us #3, Rachel.

Drew: And now the actual retail price is... $2,410! PRICEFAN WINS IT! Join me over here at the Price Tag, and we're about to play a game that used to be on the show, and now we've brought it back. This is what you can win...

Rich: A NEW CAR!!

The all-new 2012 Ford Mustang GT Coupe Equipment Group 300A! Features include 5.4 Liter V8 engine, 18" wide-spoke painted aluminum wheels, body-color side mirrors, and dual stainless steel exhaust pipes with bright rolled tips; it's the Ford Mustang!

Drew: What's the first number in the price of the car?

It's 2. The remaining 4 numbers in the price add up to 14.

What you need to do is find the other 4 numbers to win the car; and there can be another 2 in the price, but otherwise the digits in the car don't repeat. I'll let you make one mistake, but if you make 2 mistakes, you lose. And I'll even give you one of the four numbers free. Which one do you want, the second, third, fourth, or fifth?

It's three. So we'll put the three on the adding chart...

So now we know that the other three numbers have a sum of 11. What do you think is another number in the price?

YES!! There is a zero! You can look now!

The remaining two numbers still add up to 11.

It's either 2 and 9 or 4 and 7. So pick what you think is another number and if you're right, we'll know you've won the car because we know the other number. What is it?

Drew: Alright, thank you Rich; Nowhammies is the top winner in the first half, then Pricefan, then Shaymin. If you get a dollar, you'll win $5000 and a bonus spin where you can win $25,000 or $50,000 more. Spin the wheel, Shaymin.

Tell me two numbers, 1 through 20. They are pre-designated.

I'll pick 9 and 2 (the numbers I SHOULD have picked earlier). I was expecting it to be a trap cheap car, but got burned.

I'll stay on a winning amount, or 65+ if Shaymin goes over.

Drew: Shaymin in your first spin you got 45 cents and you will spin again, and in your second spin you got 40 cents. 85 cents is your total.

Go Pricefan!

Pricefan, you've got 20 cents in spin #1, so spin again. And in your second spin you have... maybe a tie... go, go, go! Awww nope, 30 cents, that's not enough. Thank you for being on the show Pricefan.

And here comes Nowhammies, the master of Bonus Game!

Drew: I know, we've been a little short on winners today... RICH! I think it's your fault for not calling any!

Rich: I plead not guilty, but I think I might have a winner now.

Drew: Alright, call us a winner.

Rich: It's 444dd... COME ON DOWN!! YOU'RE the next contestant on THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!!

Drew: Wpghi, you have... maybe a dollar, nope, a nickel. You want to stay or spin again, I thought so. You're looking for 95 cents. I don't think it'll make it; 60. 65 cents total.

Here goes Righteous. Righteous, you got the nickel too, spin it again. You're trying to beat 65 cents. And... we may have a tie... no, too fast; 45 cents, thank you Righteous.

Alright, here is our winner, with 65 cents. Wpghi5, you're going to be in the Showcase where you can win thousands of dollars in prizes; and that Showcase is coming up, after this message.

Drew: The top winner in the Showcase today is Nowhammies! And the runner-up is Wpghi5! Remember, if you're less than $1000 away from the retail price of your own showcase, you'll win both showcases; good luck to you guys. Let's see Showcase #1...

Rich: This Showcase features prizes revealed as we show you some prizes we gave away back in 1972.

And back in 1972, we gave away this old Capehart Console Stereo...

...well now we're giving you a more convinient way to listen to your music in the form of a new iPod Touch!

The new Apple Ipod touch features an 8 GB capacity for about 2,000 songs, 10,000 photos, or 10 hours of video.

In 1972, we gave away this yellow La-Z-Boy reclining sofa...

...and since yellow furniture is out of style now, we decided to give you a new white sofa!

The La-Z-Boy Contract Furniture Odeon Sofa, is a beautiful way to bring out the contemporary style of your living room; with upholstered arms, split seat and wood feet, you'll be saving space in a comfortable way from La-Z-Boy.

And finally, in 1972, we gave away a new Chevy Vega...

...and since they don't make the Vega anymore, we decided to give you a new Impala!!

The 2011 Chevrolet Impala, comes with standard equipment, the Chevy Impala!

And this showcase, where we showed you some prizes we gave away in 1972, can be yours if The Price is Right!

Drew: Bid or Pass, Nowhammies?

Wpghi, this is your Showcase:

Rich: Wpghi5, in your showcase, we will continue to give away prizes that we've given away before...

...beginning with this prize that we gave away on the 5th episode, a Trip to London!

You and a guest will fly round-trip coach via Virgin Atlantic Airlines from Los Angeles to London where you'll spen seven nights at the Renaissance St. Pancras London Hotel; located within St Pancras Rail Station, this hotel has immediate access to the Eurostar service and London Underground. View such sites as the worlds biggest clock and the world's biggest farris wheel.

And, the last prize of your showcase, Wpghi, is not from 1972...

...it's from 1960 when game show legend Bill Cullen hosted The Price is Right on NBC, A BEAUTIFUL PLATINUM & DIAMOND BRACELET!!

A vintage look with modern design, this 6.85 ct. tw. of carefully selected VS1-VS2 round and princess cut diamonds with a clever diagonal and horizontal contrast amid the parameter of this tennis bracelet. The 230 diamonds are near colorless in high polished platinum; it'll be your next family heirloom.

And this Showcase can be yours if The Price is Right!

Drew: What do you bid on your Showcase, Wpghi5?

I would personally like to thank Bob aka sideshowPA for being so patient with me and my HYO. I was at work many hours of the day and out of town a couple of times too. I was able to check G-R.net on my iPhone, but I couldn't post anything here because I didn't have the pictures on my phone. Three more regular shows and then an MDS is what I have planned for the future...

...and then several years from now...

THE REAL SHOW WILL BELONG TO MY COMPANY!!
