Hello all, first off, I hope everyone is trying their best to be safe and aware of their own health with everything going on. My best wishes go out to all that have been affected.

With that being said, Numbers is back to host another half hour episode of TPiR!!

Last time out, we had some highs and some lows, but that's all in the past now.

In case anyone has forgotten, here are the rules

*Sign-ups will last for 72 hours (so it will start 3/18 around 5pm)
*Contestants will get a PM from me when they are called down or up on stage
*You will have 24 hours to submit your response
*The audience is allowed, even expected to help
*Above all else, have fun and relax

*Finally, to win a spot in the First Four, we've got a quick 30 second interview just like our parent source. In 13 words or less (not including the obligatory "I'm in"), tell me what pricing you'd hope to play on the show and why. Get creative, but remember I'm counting.  :-)

A base level Pathfinder S starts at the mid to high $32,xxx range from what I remember, so 0 can be ruled out.  However, $32,xxx is for a front-wheel drive Pathfinder S, and this is a 4WD car, which I believe adds about $2,000 (for a total now of $34,xxx), so 2 can be ruled out as well.  I also feel like the 9 can be ruled out since that list of options doesn't seem like it adds that much to the price.  I'd very strongly suggest go with the 4 first, and if that is somehow wrong, go with the 9 as an alternate choice (since 4 being wrong implies that those options add at minimum almost $5,000). 

And also, in case the 4 is indeed right, I'd suggest going with the 8 for the third number.

Wow, I almost went $600 instead of $599 and then decided to stay with the -99 ending bids, so that was definitely the right choice!

So, I might have been trying create a HYO with It's Optional and two Nissan Versas, and I might have remembered that the emergency road kit is worth exactly $66, and after playing around with the Versa and a Kicks, the destination costs consistently ended for me in a 5 (I forget if it was $965 or $1,095, but it's one of those two). YMMV, but I think that if that tent ends in a 0, along with 9001's help, I'd guess $34,891.

I'd also go $119 on the GPS. That smells like a trap to make you think the more expensive one.

All I can say as far as prices are concerned is that the Mirage is likely in the mid $15xxx range (low $15xxx base plus the all weather package likely equals mid $15xxx).  I would guess the ATV is ~$5,000 considering it only has 20 HP, but that's only a pure guess and could easily be waaaaaay wrong.  I personally think it would help to at least know the make and model of the ATV since even ATVs equipped the way this one is might have wildly different prices depending on the brand and model.

Oh man! Tough break TPIRfan, you really had the value zeroed in. I figured I was being a bit more conservative than I needed to be, and it came oh so close to costing me.
