Interesting that at least in this case Scott Hall's going in just as Razor Ramon. One wonders if that means the entire NWO will be going in as a group at a later time if they do eventually want to highlight the rest of his career--and if conversely Kevin Nash will thus subsequently get a solo entry solely for his years as Diesel (either way, the impromptu Kliq reunion after Hall's acceptance speech was a nice touch, even if they apparently conspired to get all the big angles back in the day). Everyone else seemed pretty well deserved; it's wonderful to see Jake finally clean enough to get his absolutely deserved honors, and for once we got to see a saner, gentler side of the Ultimate Warrior in his acceptance speech. Now if they can just clear any remaining hurdles to getting Savage inducted--preferably with Elizabeth if the Hulette family will allow it, no guarantee since they reportedly blame the industry for her death--and the hall will have genuine weight now.
It's probably worth mentioning the unaffiliated, physical wrestling hall of fame in upstate New York put together a pretty good class of inductees for this year too, a class including Stu Hart (what took them this long?), Don Muraco, Sensational Sherri, and Alfred Hayes. Anyone have the privilege of having visited there?
