Title: Struck-through usernames?

On any given post on the board, when you see a person's username struck-through (for an example, using my own, bloier2006) in the part of the post showing who made that particular post, does that mean anything in particular or not?

That strike line means the user is banned from the site.

That is what I thought, but I wasn't positive. Thanks for the clarification.

Albeit with no distinction between temporary and permanent bans.
