Question: I've requested 4 online tickets, but, all that was printed out was a three-page list of terms and conditions for attending the show. Is this all I need for me and my three others is just the one print out? Or, does every person need a print out with their own name on it?

Yes. The ticket should have a "Number in Attendance" section at the top or something like that. You'll only need one eTicket for up to four people.
