When Johnny Carson was host, his contract stated he couldn't be on after midnight when there was a overrun. Does Jimmy Fallon have a same clause, or has that changed?

I believe Fallon slides back when sports overrun; pretty sure one of the Stanley Cup games ran until about 11:30, which meant Fallon started at midnight.
