Say, you wouldn't happen to know what month this show was taped in, do you?
-
March 1973

Nick:
From what you could tell, aside from Johnny O's description, what options were on the Buick Centry (in addition to the air conditioning)? In other words, did the displayed model have such things as whitewall tires, full wheel covers, vinyl top, remote OSRV mirror, bumper guards/strips, etc.?
Also, was the Buick Century on this episode the first non-economy car (other than a few Chevrolet models) awarded on the daytime TPiR?
Brian Rathjen
BTW — What an inexpensive bedroom showcase for our champ. At least she bid well. Too bad the DSW rule didn't exist here — add the air conditioner and the Buick Century to the haul, and that would have been some prize package.

The contestant Darlene, is she the one who Bob kissed in front of the giant price tag. She said she didn't care if she won at all.

I think not; Bob wore the blue jacket when he kissed Darlene, but I believe he wore the plaid jacket on this episode.

Briguy, That buick century must've been fully loaded for it to cost like $3400
I can't remember the options right now.
Also Heidi when Bob kissed Darlene the price tag did NOT say "The New Price Is Right"

Oops, I kinda forgot about that.

I couldn't get enough of Jean's hairstyle.
She looks a little like my mother when she was in high school.
