There's only one, double-hyphenated word that can sum up this week's CSS accurately:
UN-FRIGGIN-BELIEVABLE!!!!!The week started out rather ordinarily, with PriceFan985 taking home his 13th win of the season (1 behind Willy's lead) with a DSW. Then things got going on Tuesday when PriceFanArmadillo won on a day in which namnhu12 became the most notorious victim of the Gray-Ear Syndrome, saying his potentially game-winning bid out loud, constituting a foul and a score of zero.
Stage Player then came out of nowhere to score two conecutive wins on Wednesday and Thursday with DSWs (wins 5 and 6). The entities' winnings of almost $100K in monies gave it prime position to make it into the playoffs as the 8th money spot. Doughnut also scored money both days.
Then there was season-ending, triple-points Friday. The stars aligned for heelsrule1988, as he first won the Plinko-doubler. Then he put in the best bid on the dining room showcase, and with the multipliers, scored 6x the points; but what he really needed was money, of which he got over $200K, leapfrogging him into 6th on the money list. A performance that completely overshadowed RobertSearcy's, who legitimately doubled his points to pick up his 5th win of the year.
LOWEST OF THE LOW -- WEEK 31SINGLE SHOWCASE:
1. PriceFan985 - Picked up a DSW along with his win, $40 on the FRTS from Monday;
2. RobertSearcy - a $140 difference on the dining room showcase on Friday;
3. STAGE PLAYER - one of two DSWs for it was a $196 difference on a ski boat showcase.
TOTAL DIFFERENCE:
1. RobertSearcy - on Friday, with a total difference of $1594 on the Bedroom/Sebring combo worth $53.5K;
2. PriceFan985 - difference of $1835 against a WaveRunners/FRTS combo worth over $47K;
3. heelsrule1988 - $2112 away from the afforementioned combo on Friday.
