Is this the first time somebody won $1000 on the wheel on their second spinoff spin? I was under the impression that, after the first spinoff, the bonus was no longer available, even if the first spinoff was not also a bonus spin.

The last time it happened was 11/25/19 , the only other instance of it happening in the last 10 seasons.

I believe the $1,000 + a bonus spin is always in effect whether there's a second spinoff, a third or fourth spinoff, and so on.  I think they would be done away with if it gets to the point where there's a bonus spin combined with a spinoff, and both contestants have had their bonus spins

...so are there still backdrop lights in Switcheroo? looks light their is, but they either changed them to a less light blue or put a cover over them to dim them.

It took 16 years, but Danger Price has finally been de-Dommed of the Dom Casual. I think it actually worked for many of the games they used it on, but Danger was not one of them. I think this new font will take some getting used to, but so far I like it. :)

Recap posted.

As for Danger, not surprised by the font chance out of Dom Casual, but a bit surprised they changed the font of the danger price, which was a basic serif. Seems like I'd have worked with that  font for all of it instead.

Great win by Sparkayla in Pass The Buck. Too bad she had a painful loss at the wheel.

This episode is 9563K, not 9583K. I figure week 956xK is airing all week as part of the continuing yo-yo of airings this season

I've gotta say, the italicized Helvetica on Danger Price looks really sharp. It fits the game well.

Now the chase lights around home base are skipping the fourth bulb in the sequence rather than brightening only the fourth bulb in the sequence. Let's see how Steve reacts.

My area cut out between Switcheroo and Range Game due to severe weather coverage. Could anyone please screencap Danger Price’s new font? I can’t personally even picture it without Dom Casual anymore. And since it took 33 episodes to show up I’m not expecting it anytime again soon

It looked to me like they were just plain not working -- I think there was some wiring visible in the holes.

Steve's going to react by being very mad at you for noticing something that's apparently been going on for several days but not since the beginning of the season.  Now I'm going to have to go back and find when that started. :P

Here you go. I thought the change to Helvetica was a refreshing improvement over Dom Casual for this game.

I am *here* for this premium nerd content! I also noticed some chase light troubles, and had to see what my fellow nerds on the board would say.
