CSS Results for November 1

For a while, I thought I wasn't going to make it today. I was sitting at home using a 2-inch hand-held TV to watch the show as my power was out. But around 11:25, everything went on again including the TV and the cable modem, so I was able to make it in to host CSS.

Perhaps some of you would have been happier if I hadn't come in at all. But RobertSearcy would disagree with you all, as he had a $54 DSW on the car showcase that flattened a dozen players. As for the Ashley dining room and trip, I think ever single one of us either went low on the trip, or valued the furniture very VERY low indeed. When the winner of the showcase (Sonic3300) still had a $5K+ difference, and even Frank15's better bid (but over on the car) was still over $4K off... is it CSTD, or is it an Evil Trip?

Congrats, RobertSearcy!  A top 6 finish for me today, not bad...at least I beat Sally! :-)

Yeah...good thing I wasn't in today, I was over on the car (and not even particularly close...I missed it by close to $1,500), and posted another five-digit difference on the furniture.
