"Big Banana" music question
« on: January 30, 2011, 11:36:45 AM »
There's a different version of the "Big Banana" cue that was used from time to time back in the 80s and the early 90s, it can be heard on the TPiR november 14, 1983 part 5 and a Tom Kennedy TPiR showcase (the Elevator showcase on both) on youtube.

To be completely honest, I like that version of the "Big Banana" better, can anyone download it on the net ?

like YOU !"

It is simply the same "Big Banana", but the showcase edit.  It is available in the TVPMM Vault, I believe listed as something like "The Big Banana - v1".  Version 2 is the car edit and version 3 is the Poker Game/Danger Price remix.
New TPiR Announcer: Gilbert Gottfried.  See?  Things *can* be worse.

I used to think there was a different version of the song, too, but as far as I know, it's really just a product of that era's audio equipment playing things at a different pitch.
