This was one wild show, perhaps the most interesting one so far.

Here is the Hole In One playing which has one of the more anticlimactic finishes I've seen.

First of all, is that a new "correct answer" sound?

Anyway...my goodness, was Hole In One terrible. What, the show is so cheap they cannot let players take two putts for $1,500 store credit at Big W? Also, Larry, giving her a "for fun" second putt both destroys the purpose of the game (which is to have two putts) and looks particularly bad given that you have never once done an Inspiration Putt on this series despite there being a (rather cheap-looking) flag with your name on it. That said, there is a very obvious edit at 2:25.

(Also, brosa, I would have likened that terrible putt to not getting the Big Wheel all the way around on a Bonus Spin. Still not as bad as the American player who got the $500 but did not putt hard enough, though.)

Random Safe Crackers prize package is really random.

Plinko, on the other hand, is why this version needs one-bids -- Pat completely bombed the SPs, yet $50 is good enough to vie for the Showcase.

At least the Showcase was respectable...and won.
The above is my opinion and mine alone.

To answer your questions: yes, I am a guy and yes, I have a face. (I also have the occasional spurt of weirdness.)

So wait a minute -- Hole in One and Plinko were essentially played for the same prize?

Holy crap is that stupid.

I don't think that was a new sound, although there was a new 'correct' sound when they guessed the correct price in the Showcase Playoff.

Larry did an inspiration putt on the first Hole In One playing but none since.   It would be nice to think, with just $1500 up for grabs, that they would give them two chances to get it in the hole if they are not going to show the inspiration putt.

Interestingly, this was the exact same lineup as the first Thursday show aired on 10 May, and both shows this week have had Hole In One as their first game.    We could really do with a few more games......

Interesting that Hole In One was played on the show before and the other two games were also played on the next show.
