I don't know what was more bizarre about Squeeze Play -- that the setup had two choices that resulted in the same price, or that Patricia picked said price.

Were Bob still hosting, I very much doubt that Tamara would have gotten a third solo spin whether she wanted one or not.  There's probably something politically incorrect about me saying this, but it was very obvious that she wasn't going to get the Big Wheel all the way around by herself.

This may have been the worst Line em Up setup I've ever seen -- and I've seen almost every playing of Line em Up.

I'm really glad we've gotten a seventh playing of Now....and Then, not just because it's good in general that the regular fee games are suddenly showing up on a regular basis again, but also because of a really weird FAQ item that was on the verge of getting wrecked this year:  Now....and Then has the odd distinction of having had fewer playings -- just six -- in the year of its debut than in any subsequent year despite being in the rotation for almost that entire season.

EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE!!!  I about died when this showed up.  I just wish they'd had the balls to do a real, normal Everyroom showcase, though, instead of shoehorning a car into it -- that's not really what Everyroom is, and there's nothing wrong with have a showcase without a huge prize in it every once in a while (or every few days, for that matter).

That's Too Much:  Same old same old.  I've said it before & I'll say it again:  it needs to be changed to whre any price over the ARP of the car wins.

No, what needs to be changed is you repeatedly making this idiotic suggestion.  Do you honestly not understand why that makes no sense?

Aw... if I had been at the meeting, I would definitely have called out that Squeeze Play setup and it would have been changed. I didn't see the episode -- did the contestant have to specify which 2 to remove?

She didn't.  Now that you mention it, though, I bet Bob would have made her -- I distinctly recall that happening in Pathfinder once eons ago.

Cliff was never infrequent, Bonus got renovated, and X hasn't been seen in awhile. That leaves Shell as the only benefit, IMO.

You mean you missed the fourteen gazillion playings of Pathfinder and Five Price Tags?

(Fun fact:  If we get one more playing of Five Price Tags -- and I find it hard to believe that we won't -- it'll make this its most active year since Season 16.)

I don't think the set up in today's show is quite so bad as it still offers 3 options as it would if played for a 4-digit prize.

Well, yeah. My problem with it wasn't that it was unfair to the contestant. My problem was that it was just plain stupid to have a setup like that and just is not good practice.

Shell is one of the best SP Games on the show. (In my opinion.) It's a good idea to give it a little boost in playings. :P

Were Bob still hosting a lot would be different in every episode. :) If she really wanted to try once more on her own accord, why can't she?

For what it is worth, I think they should have edited out at least one of her spins.

There's probably something politically incorrect about me saying this, but it was very obvious that she wasn't going to get the Big Wheel all the way around by herself.

It's not good to say something that is politically incorrect... especially after you acknowledge knowing that it is politically incorrect.

That wasn't an invitation for you to point out that I was right.

(And yet somehow, I knew you would.)

Not at all, I was hoping Scott was only referring to regular SPs / GPs there.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

To be fair, duplicates in Pathfinder actually affect the game, since the path would likely be different depending on which of the duplicates is chosen.

Under most circumstances, you'd be right, but this was the last number.
