OA: In both times the Dodge Avenger was offered here this season, the same outcome happened- a one-honk win! I sincerely hope this was the last taped playing this season.

OWP: Mostly easy.

Pl!nko: They didn't want all the chips won, though the sole mistake came on the last SP instead of the second.

CoG: Fairly easy.

StD: I guess Mike got so agonized at what happened up to that point that he brought this game out again & offered the Avenger's evil twin.

Bargain: I would've lost on the BBQ island.

Showcases: What a close finish- Tiffany pulled it out by $12! She was lucky virtually the whole show & is now the fourth (& likely final) OA winner this season to win a Showcase- not a bad way for the Ol' Mighty Sound Effects Lady to go out as far as her PG's concerned! As an added bonus in #3, the backdrop behind the Avenger was first used for the Chrysler in StD.

Great outing for the last regular taped episode of S41.

As soon as the last SP was missed in Plinko the perfect show was gone.
So this is the "get off of my lawn" stage of my life.  I'm not impressed.

A very good final outing episode!

THE BAD NEWS:

Stack The Deck: Whattya know? Mike once again throw this monkey wrench at today's lineup.......Katrina was just another victim to this game, and I guess she didn't know that she was for a Chrysler 200 and not a Mustang or Camaro.

THE NOT-SO-BAD NEWS:

Plinko: Finally, someone won more than just $600.......But $11,600! However, Patricia was pretty antsy when she didn't took her time before dropping the chips.

THE GOOD NEWS:

OWP: Easy win for Ashley!

CoG: Saw that "coming"............So did Michael!

Bargain Game: Same with OWP..........Kara did a good job!

OA: For Tiffany, this is the 3rd one-honk win of the season! And she also won $1K and a not-too-bad "trip-case"! I also thought that she did a nice thing by passing the SC with the Fiat to Katrina, after another Stack loss...........And to think, this is the last time we might hear from the Mighty Sound Effects Lady.  :-(

4/6 wins today and that was pretty good................Wish Rachel was modeling a car today, though.

One Away: Wow.  Just wow.  I think only getting one number right would screw Mike Richards on this evil setup.  I think this playing was a Richards stopper right there (if there is ever a term).  Great for Tiffany.  I had a different price in mind: 21,576.

One Wrong Price: I also thought like Ashley---the TV.

Plinko: The second and fourth SPs were the traps IMO.  I thought alike like Patricia on both the second and fourth SPs.  But $11K on the chips...a nice haul.

Coming or Going: Mike said COMING.  I also said COMING.

Stack The Deck: When this game showed up, I said Uh Oh.  The first two GPs were traps.  The third was gettable.  Man was I fooled on the second one.  I thought it was the Orange Juice at $5.99.  The car price?  Let's just say FORCED LOSS city.  Richards definitely didn't want that car won...tough loss for Katrina.  I said $21,769.  Oh well.

Bargain Game: I lost---I chose the BBQ.  Glad Kara didn't get fooled.

Showcases: Both Tiffany and Katrina had sensible bids.  Wow a difference between $12.  That was suspenseful.  Glad Tiffany cleaned house.

One Away, One Wrong Price, Bargain Game:  Nice wins! :-)
Plinko:  Nice to see the $10,000 slot hit! :-)
Coming Or Going:  Nice win, but once again, shoddy camerawork on the reveal!
Stack The Deck:  RETIRE THIS GAME!!!! >:(
Showcase:  A $12 difference - exciting!

Good start to the week, IMHO.

Seconded on Stack...............I doubt it's ever gonna get won, so it needs to be put out to pasture. Plus, that $12 difference from Tiffany's SC was pretty awesome!

A much more exciting show than expected - the 6410s are 12-2 so far (purists nonwithstanding). OA 1-horners are always exciting (and Drew did very well with that, as with everything the past two weeks), and Plinko got off its bad streak. Of course everything came unraveled when they felt the need to play Stack for the second time in three shows just to get a loss in. They really haven't abused Stack this season as much as some others, but I'm not a fan of this super even rotation. Then we ended with a close SC difference where Drew managed not to dwell much on the loser. Overall, very enjoyable viewing (except for Stack, which they seem hellbent on), despite the lackluster lineup.

Timings:
One Away (6) - 5:06
One Wrong Price (3.5) - 3:47
Plinko (5.5) - 4:54
Coming Or Going (3.5) - 3:14
Stack The Deck (5.5) - 5:19
Bargain Game (3.5) - 3:28
Total (27.5): 24:48

This is the kind of show where if you look at the lineup you expect it to be poor, look at the results and you expect it to be great, and it ends up somewhere in the middle.

Glad to see Plinko break a 14 chip drop streak without hitting the center slot.

At least we don't have to argue over whether it was a win!

Guys, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Stack the Deck, as a game.  It is simply being set up impossibly hard.  If Katrina had gotten the groceries correct and chosen the right numbers to fill in, she probably would have won!!

Oh, and I thought the second showcase was at least $40,000.  Good thing I don't play CSS anymore.   :hammer:

The more I see it, the more I think Stack the Deck just is a terrible game.    Even if they set it up to get 3 freebies, I don't like it.

$12 showcase difference.    There must have been a certain person in the audience again  ;)   That can only happen when there is help, right.... End of sarcasm.

I think you're misunderstanding something: The difference between how much each contestant was off on their individual showcases ($3,988 - $3,976) was $12. Not that one person was off by only $12 (or else there would have been a DSW). That doesn't require anyone calculating out Showcase prices.

Anyways, solid show overall. Still, could they have played something other than Stack the Deck? That the game's very existence shot the chances of this show being a pseudo-perfect show was just rubbing salt on the wound there...

I'm not sure if I am correct on this, but isn't it true that if the difference of both showcases are the same, each contestant wins their showcase? I've never seen a showcase difference this close in my life!

Great show to end the season (am I correct that this particular episode is the season closer?)

I watched the show, I understood it perfectly.   The SC bids were 18K and 20K, it wasn't like there was any chance anyone was trying to make this happen with these bids

I was trying to make a point/joke that his build up to this event was 1,000,000 times better than the perfect bid.   Maybe I failed at my attempt.
