Looking for a certain Tom Kennedy episode.
« on: October 30, 2015, 12:37:17 PM »
I'm not sure this is where I should be posting this.

I'm looking for a Tom Kennedy episode that was among two episodes that were very, very briefly on YouTube. I recapped one of the two episodes, now I'm looking for the other.

Since the vid was taken down, I do know about a couple of details from that episode.

#1. The lineup was Any Number/Secret X/One Right Price. All three games were won.
#2. The Any Number contestant won her showcase, which included a convertible (I think it was either a Ford Mustang or Chrysler Town & Country)

Can anyone help me?

I think this is the right section.

This is neither a recap nor a video, so yes, this is the right section.
"Nobody cares about the guest stars." - Roger Dobkowitz

"Change isn't always good. Sometimes changing things is a terrible mistake." - Bob Barker

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

Apologize for the bump, but I have some bump-worthy information.

I have found out a bit about the episode thanks to some searches and compiled a "summary." Not enough for a recap, though.

* Lucy won the first IUFB, played Any Number for a telescope or a Renault Alliance, and won the car.
* Jeffrey won the second IUFB, played Secret X for a sailboat, and won.
* Dorothy (I think that was her name) won the third IUFB, played One Right Price a computer and a soda fountain, and won. Interestingly enough, One Right Price offered more than Secret X did, since the boat was only about $5k and the combined total of the computer and soda fountain was at least $6.5k.
* Lucy was Top Winner and Dorothy was Runner Up.
* Showcase #1 had the theme of "TPIR Anagrams," with a grandfather clock and trips to Ireland, Venice, and Norway. Showcase #2 contained a living room, a bar set, and a Chrysler Town & Country convertible.
* Lucy won the Room/Car showcase, whilst Dorothy overbid on the Anagrams one.
