When did the prize hooks in front of the prizes and the price tag stand get removed and then added after the prize descriptions?

  That was a fun playing of SuperBall!!! - I really think they could bring it back if they could shorten the time a bit.  I think this type of game (with a car in Door #3), would really resonate with today's audiences and Drew would genuinely have fun with it!
