I don't see MY candidate on the list...

Why hasn't Madge gotten a tryout yet?

 I'm kidding. Seriously, though, out of those choices, I voted for John O'Hurley.

With the exception of Todd or John, I'd pick the real Madonna over any of those people. (to put it politely)  I voted for Todd myself, but I see I'm a member of a dying breed on that one.
<---- Even Shadow would be a stronger contender than some of those guys in my book and he's not even real.  (Then again, some of them are just as fake.)

If I had to choose any on that list it'd be John or Todd. Those other clowns aren't anything to write home about and GOOD GRIEF?!? What is America thinking??? This "so called,  ""Poll""" has "Slater" leading the pack. I'm glad it isn't up to America to choose a host.

I voted for Steines.  If nothing else, I'd love to be able to say I was at his first-ever taping.  :-P

I too will go with the motion of either Todd or John as the next host.  More-so Todd for somewhat obvious reasons, I guess.

The rest of the people on that list I honestly can't picture up as emcee.

My candidate wasn't up there, but I voted for Todd.  Madonna, are you still leaning towards Rich?

I think it could be possible if the wrong person is chosen for the job.  I watched the end of ET before Survivor, and I have to tell you that Mark Steines is a little boring.  He comes off somewhat monotone.  The person who becomes the new host should enthusiastic and upbeat

What is America thinking???

I bet every vote was cast by knucklehead adorners of a specific ABC show. :-P

I also cast my vote for Todd.

I voted for Todd Newton as well(given that Rich has not had his audition yet).

Obviously, this poll is showing who has the best name recognition, not who will be the best host...and unfortunately, Todd Newton is not a household name yet, even though one of the most highly qualified on that list. I saw Todd in person at the stage show in Atlantic City. And of all of those listed, I think he is the best candidate. But he had only 2% of the vote.
