Chelsea:
The issue with the FAQ is being resolved tonight and I have a solution.  I expect to update within 24-48 hours max.

Sorry to Steve for the downtime and a little extra work tonight, but the fix also solved another problem I'd been meaning to resolve (MediaWiki was nine years out of date)

Thanks, Chelsea!  The FAQ is back and in working order.  The link on the upper panel probably won't get updated tonight (it still goes to the old, broken version), but the new version is here if you want to look at it.

Chelsea:
The link in the upper navigation has been fixed.  Glad to have it working again finally, and enjoy the update. :)
