How many games couldn't use a car whose price ends in 00? Money Game, Lucky Seven, Dice Game, Ten Chances (since no numbers can duplicate), Any Number (same), what else?

Technically, a $xx,x00 price could occur in Lucky Seven, even though in practice it never will.
