People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

PG3 Safe Crackers - W
PG4 Time i$ Money - L ($0)
PG5 Lucky $even - L
PG6 Flip Flop - L

Great win in Spelling Bee, I was not expecting that. Always great to see though.

I was pretty sure flopping wouldn't be right in Flip Flop, personally I would have gone with the full flip and flop.
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

No money in either showcase showdown.

Showcases, one contestant under by $4,502 (trip to Boston and a Kia Forte), the other over by $2,378 (pizza oven, trip to San Francisco, and a trip to Italy.)

A perfect first half is offset by a winless second half...and that's all I can say about it.

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

Sick of $16,000 cars in Spelling Bee

I knew Nicol would not win $1 on Time is Money the minute the game was revealed

Per the Obit thread...

Ah. I don't read the obit thread so I hadn't seen this.

/I question the wisdom of referencing a thread that seems to be more about keeping random obits from cluttering up the section than anything else (and for that matter, given some of the junk that gets posted there anyway, for the most part I just avoid the section altogether).
