Rays even the series with a Game 2 win.

It looked like Tampa was about to blow it, which would've sucked, as Snell was dealing.  Blake went from no-hitting the Dodgers through 4 2/3 to being out of the game.  That meant someone else could throw one pitch and "steal" the win.  Such an awful rule though the goal was for Tampa to win, so there's that

One other note of interest is that we will now have some kind of a double. Either Tampa Bay gets a Stanley Cup champions/World Series champions double or Los Angeles gets an NBA Champions/World Series Champions double.
If it's L.A., then this would be the second time it's happened (with the first one occurring 32 years ago, in 1988).

I wonder if there could be honorable mention of 2002 as some might consider Anaheim a suburb of L.A. more than a city in its own right.

Man, Charlie Morton turned into Buccos Morton tonight.  Not sure who'll win Game 4, but so far this postseason none of the series have been one-sided.  Well, maybe the early rounds.  Of course, the games themselves have been one-sided, but you could see LA get to 16 runs in a 16-4 rout, only to get pummeled in Game 5 by a similar score

With 2 outs in the 9th, the Rays pull off a stunning comeback win with a hit from a guy who hadn't had a hit in a month and a little help from the Dodgers' defense to tie the series. Baseball truly is an amazing sport.

And Los Angeles was down to their last strike.  I thought it would end on a 2-run homer, and when it didn't I thought it was going to go into extras.

This was a bad and forth game, in my opinion.  Probably the best game of the series, and definitely better than Game 3.

Whatever happens, we have a series, no one is blowing a 3-1 lead, and for those that might want to watch Sunday Night Football or if you want to get some sleep for the start of the workweek, then you can.  There will be a game on Tuesday

The Dodgers prove once again that in baseball, momentum is the next day's pitcher. Kershaw outdueled Glasnow for a 4-2 LA win and a 3-2 LA series lead.

Hopefully LA will close it out tonight.  I don't know if they or anyone wants to deal with Charlie Morton if Tampa survives tonight.  Of course, the series could've ended on Sunday!

The Dodgers are World Champs for the first time in 32 years.

If Mookie Betts isn't voted MVP, I'll be shocked.

Congratulations to the 2020 World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. There was no question who was the best team in MLB this year. We in fact have a 1988 repeat of a Lakers/Dodgers double.
Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

If Betts isn't the MVP, I'll be surprised, but not shocked if Kershaw gets it.  It's your typical "give it to the most connected or the player fans and everyone else can recognize more than someone else"

Dodgers 3B Justin Turner was removed from the game after he tested positive for COVID-19 (first positive result in MLB in the past 59 games), but he returned, masked, to celebrate with his teammates.

Horrible day for me as a Giants fan. 2020 keeps finding ways of kicking me in the balls.
