"Vend-O-Price Products"

Is it true that the top shelf on the vending machine has the most quantity of products with the lowest unit price and the bottom shelf has the least quantity of products with the highest unit price?

Yeah, Drew basically says it at the start of each playing.

"The only hint I can give is the top item is the least expensive in the vending machine, and the bottom item is the most expensive"

If the cheapest item didn't have the largest quantity, then it would be impossible to be the right choice and make for a really easy game.
