Based on recent episodes including today's, yes, but I sense you have to be in the area rather than flying out for an appearance.

No, they’re definitely flying contestants in from New York at least

Though if you read the linked (more detailed) article in the Daily Freeman, it says she works in partnership sales and divides her time between Saugerties and Los Angeles, so she was likely already there. (Which is basically what Adam was suggesting).

It also said Tuesday was the 29th, not the 30th. And apparently Gas Money is one of the show's most popular games.

Neither article got the showcase showdown part right (both using it to refer to the actual showcases), but then again the show can't figure out where the Catskills are (Saugerties being at least on the right side of the river and just outside the boundary, unlike Rhinebeck), so I guess that makes them even? ;)
