Something tells me it's the same "news event" that pre-empted the entire episode in San Francisco/San Jose

I didn't see the entire show today, but the "double eights" (as mentioned by Drew) in Line 'Em Up were unexpected.

Double overbid in the Showcase round. Too bad. The contestants were close though.

Plinko: $1K Won in 3 chips welp at least they made an effort.
Double Prices: I knew the Gym wasn't going to be no $9K
Line Em Up: I Figured the 0 was wrong
Range Game: A little too late on stoppage right there
Gas Money: Smart move to Bailout with $9K, the what if situation had him picking the Car Card.
Vend-O-Price: Well it has been won again.

Showcase: I figured a Double Overbid was coming with how the contestants bid.
When the budget gets tight on the show, Evelyn is really evil and protective about the budget.

Hopefully this episode at least helps out the budget!  :-P  By a quick glance, it appears to be the episode with the lowest total winnings this season.  And that was with a $9000 bailout in Gas!

Showcase: I figured a Double Overbid was coming with how the contestants bid.

Says the one with the lowest non-zero score in this day's CSS.  :P

But man, three digit double overbids are painful to think about.

I mean, I thought those SC bids were decent. Was not expecting a double over. Oh well.
