a 2 for 6 day, with a nice comeback win in Line 'Em Up. Bummer for the double overbid, which is number 16 on the season.

In other words, your run-on-the-mill budget show.

My review:

Do the Math: Very surprising to see two prizes in the same price range being offered.

Spelling Bee: Rowan was off to a flying start by getting an R on the very first card - but it was all downhill after that.

Race Game: Drew had a feeling Heather had won, and he was right.

Hi Lo: I would have gone for the mayonnaise, given the size.  I don't know of any occurrence in recent years where the lowest price in the high row was under $4.

Line 'Em Up: Incredible comeback win, after getting nothing right on the first attempt.

Double Prices: I had a feeling there'd be a one-prize quick game to close off the pricing game agenda, since all of the quick games beforehand offered multiple prizes.

Showcases: The rescheduled episode goes out with a big thud, and proves that the show was into budget mode by that point.

My grade: C

So this means that, unless it appears tomorrow, 3 Strikes will have had only one playing this season.  That may be a new low in terms of the number of playings for that game in a single season.  Triple Play was played very few times this season, and Golden Road got the usual 4 playings in for this season.

Bad luck in Spelling Bee. An R! And then 3 As.

Perfect playing of Race Game.

I dislike mayonnaise :-P, long before it cost the contestant a win in Hi-Lo. :-)

Drew’s mask statement at the end was left in? I’m surprised.

Actually 3 Strikes was played Twice, Once in December and Again in January.

Today's Do the Math playing: it was the most expensive prize package ( non-car ) ever offered in the game's history , also it was the 1st time ever DtM was played on back to back aired shows.

Recap posted.

Gotta make note of a drool moment. I have been to and cannot recommend enough, the Izaak Walton Inn in Essex. You will not find a better stay in the state of Montana.

(taken by me in May 2017).

1 show to go tomorrow, the Military Special that ends Season 49.
