That is a great memory you have! Yes, I did locate it previously and Nick shared it with me via google drive. I saved it to my google drive, but unfortunately Nick removed it from his google drive and so I can no longer view it on mine. I tried emailing him a few days ago but no luck. Lesson learned - will download to my desktop.

If anyone else happens to have it, that would be great!
