Sorry, but I don't get it. What mistake? Tattletales did replace The Secret Storm.

What station does The Price is Right air on now? let alone 1973?

Never mind, I see it now. It didn't mention CBS.

Well, AFAIK, the show did have a deal with the NBC O&O's to carry Dennis James' TPIR (and from what I've heard, that deal is what caused Bud Grant to reject James as host of the daytime TPIR; he didn't want an "NBC personality" hosting a CBS show), so I'm failing to catch the mistake.

The Price is Right is on CBS, the article calls TPiR an NBC show in 1973.

An article about Bob in Canadian newspapers. Talks about 1970s taping schedule. (The Ottawa Journal, May 17, 1975).

More pageant stuff, but a Bob-penned column about how he judges his stuff. (Sioux City Journal, July 7, 1975).

Ok, let's see if you can find the episode this is referring to in a Miami paper. (Miami News, June 9, 1975).

Compared to Truth or Consequences, Bob was making over $333,000 a year. Talking about $1.8MM now. (Paducah Sun, May 11, 1975).

The Price is Right is on CBS, the article calls TPiR an NBC show in 1973.

No, it said that Goodson-Todman produces another version of The Price Is Right for NBC's O&Os.  Without further context, I think the most reasonable assumption is that they're talking about the nighttime show.

Mark talks to the Press about the methods, but interesting note of Barker's contract. (Daily Advertiser of Lafayette LA, November 13, 1972)
A rather odd statement for Goodson to make, considering that Dennis had very much been chosen to host the nighttime series by mid-February 1972 -- a point in which there was no network series planned and, by extension, no involvement by Bob Barker.

The above is my opinion and mine alone.

To answer your questions: yes, I am a guy and yes, I have a face. (I also have the occasional spurt of weirdness.)
