...and then you tell us nothing about it whatsoever.

Am I the only one who wonders what the point is of these recaps of shows most of us probably aren't able to watch if we're not even being given any details besides the bare-bones gameplay?

Just a guess ... but it's the Datsun 260Z coupe that poster is referring to. (The same car that was offered on multiple LMaD episodes of the mid-1970s and Jay Stewart played up as the ultimate sports car.)

But yes, the poster should've said more, or at least indicated if this was based off the recordings at the j-shea website.

The luxurious car he's talking about, is the Glassic's Romulus II. That's a vintage 30's style luxury car, and in 1974 has a price tag of $19,000. Is a beautiful car, and comes with a lot of luxurious features like golf bag compartment and fully-lined luggage compartment.

Thanks for clearing that up. Proves you auto-know what you’re talking about when you post here.

(Cue drum roll and groans from the audience on the bad pun.)

But I did find — thanks to your clarification — some pictures online. I guess the car appearance-wise is similar to the Auburn replicars offered on “Wheel Of Fortune” in the 1980s.

Here’s a link to a Flickr photo of a Glassic Romulus II:

Based, too, on your comments, this must have been a “Live Life In Luxury” showcase (given the other prizes). The fur must have been near $3,000 alone.
