The moment that stood out to me the most was Bob's comment about the $100 pocket after the perfect bid following viewer mail from a woman about it not being appropriate. Sure, the poll involving the support of the audience meant that Bob would continue doing this, but this definitely showed that the practice of doing this would soon become a thing of the past. There's also a moment where Bob spoils part of the results of one of the games, even if it doesn't affect the overall outcome.
I believe that this posting makes this now the earliest stretch of three consecutive episodes that are intact in original broadcast form (not counting those masters from the '70s), with the Tuesday and Wednesday shows from this week also available, albeit with the Wednesday show with most of the commercials scoped out. There's a stretch of three episodes from March/April of 1987 intact as well, but one of those came from a summer rerun. Its fun seeing commercials for pets and even a portable spa following a segment that featured one and none provided by law firm lead generators, life insurers, or pharmaceuticals mentioning "clinical trials" or "ask your doctor".
