Not a celebrity who passed, but we just lost a kind-hearted soul in the game show community today.

My acquaintance Michael Tiller (known as mtiller2006 on YouTube), a fellow TPIR fan, has suffered a medical crisis since this past December that has culminated in him being pronounced dead moments ago. He was 35.

I’m speechless. Heartbroken.

Condolences to his family and friends.

This one hits me pretty heard, too. The Game Show Temple was one of the first game show YouTube channels I remember watching. Godspeed, Michael.

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!
