Please note that Friday COULD BE the next "payday Friday" with all games played for cash. It was originally marked in the official calendar as such, but for quite awhile now it's not been (while a couple January Fridays are).

Additionally, please note that we very likely know all 30 games for the following week, which could help inform your card for this week. I am not going to spell out how we know or what the games are - do the legwork yourself, and be prepared for more situations like this this season and perhaps beyond. (Consequently, week 2 of GRECO!8 will have to wait until January 5-9).

A hot start fizzled out as the 2nd half was entirely undue games, and brings worry about how much they can juggle rotations in this format of tapings (Roo has gone 1103, 1134, 1182 (1103 ghost), 1201 - eew).

Unexpected ghost episode... will there be more? At least Roll / Switch / Squeeze were due enough, and OA was always possible on two weeks. But the taping situation has led to Check being an impossible pick here (and I would have cancelled this week if I had known this was a ghost episode).

I am more and more torn about GRECO's future, but for now we continue. I think there can still be a playable game here but the strategy shifting from less of looking at game rotations to more of "guess which episode is an unreported ghost" degrades the quality.

I don't think 10C deserved to be a sandbag, it was barely due at 4 weeks ago. Still, I was expecting it post-Xmas this month - Line & Path are both VERY due and will get past due if they don't show tomorrow, so that's probably going to be a "welp" (but possible!).

Line was a definite, I said! It would never block 16 points, no! (Or even 21, as Flerb has the only GRECOs of the week now. That will change tomorrow, at least.)

H-L was the most due GP entering this week, so of course we can add it to the unplayed list. Plinko showing did get FJB closer, but the super spot was a non-factor for everyone, so Flerb hangs on.

We'll keep going starting in January, I recognize I need to put aside my "it's not so fun for me" for those who still are. We'll see where it goes.
