The Big Finale: 123123123's TPiR (S2, E10)
« on: March 08, 2026, 11:14:41 PM »
Although we've come
To the end of the road...

For the final time, your friendly numerical host 123123123 will open up the studio for a rousing hour-long version of TPiR! Bittersweet, but 10 shows after the section reset seems like a great spot for a finale.

No big themes, no MDS, no big hoopla. Just your regular episode highlighting some of the best moments from the whole series and a few little surprises throughout  ;-)

I hope we can get a big turnout. I'm sure I've said it in the past, but you won't regret signing up for this one!

In case anyone forgot the rules,

*Sign-ups will last for 72 hours (so it will start 3/11 around 5pm)
*Contestants will get a PM from me when they are called down or up on stage
*You will have ~24 hours to submit your responses, but I'll try and take any site errors into account
*The audience is allowed, even expected to help. The majority of the games have audience playability, so if anyone wants to try for the perfect show one last time, you'll have one more chance here.
*Above all else, have fun!

* Finally, for a spot in the First Four, tell me what's the strangest, most unique prize you'd want to have a chance to win if you made up on stage. There's a chance we get the prize coordinators to make some last minute changes  :-)

With all that being said, come one and all to join in on the fun!

It would probably be a Porche 360 spider since I don't drive.

I'm definitely in!

Reason being, I'm STILL desperately in need of a new hot dog cart.

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

Before anyone asks: yes, this was approved.

I cannot commit to playing as there is a good chance I'll forget to actually take my turn, but Numbers' shows are usually pretty good, and I'd like to see this section have a little more life.
People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

I'm in! In honor of both the theme of this show and the movie End of the Road came from, I vote you have a boomerang as a prize. The bigger, the better.

In, and if you can wrangle up a ceramic dalmatian in the old prize warehouse, that would be great.

I would love nothing more than to win a state-of-the-art kitchen from Plesser’s with an electric range with convection oven, an over-the-range microwave, a French door refrigerator, and a dishwasher!

Thanks to all who've signed up so far. I'll keep the signups open a couple more days.

After that, I'll just have to get a bit creative.  :lol:

Yeah, why not! Let's do this!

What kind of prize to win... what would I like...

A pair of women's boots. I would not complain about winning such a prize. :biggrin:

Is that really strange anymore? OK, then maybe a grandfather clock. I've always wanted one, always been fascinated by clocks. That'd certainly be a strange prize to see on the show! :oldlol:

7? I can work with this.  :-)

Thanks everyone that joined, it's time to start the show!

*****************************************************************************

{theme starts as the camera pans over the crowd}

Announcer: LiteBulb88, come on down!!!

gamesurf, come on down!!!

sideshowPA, come on down!!!

and Mallory16, come on down!!!

You are the first four contestants on The Price is Right!!!

{loud applause}

And now your host, who still hasn't proved they can count to 4, 123123123!!!

{door 2 opens and Numbers walks out}

{Manuela hands mic}

{crazy loud cheers and applause}

1233: Hello all, and welcome to the big finale! It's been great hosting and having all of you here, but enough about that. We can get sentimental later.

We have a bunch of great prizes for you guys and I want to give it all away today. So let's start with the first item up for bids! Mr. Announcer?

{camera pans to smirking announcer}

Announcer: Sometimes things just work out perfectly.

For this show, all of the items up for bids are in honor of pricing games that were never played on this series.

Hand over heart, scout's honor, no changes made, the first game to be honored was Clock Game, that was never played for the most obvious of reasons.

So isn't it just fitting that the first bidder really wanted a chance to win...

{GPT rises}

...a new floor clock!!

This abstract floor clock stands 6.5 ft tall and replaces the traditional pendulum and chimes of a grandfather clock with a stylish hourglass. It's basically 2 clocks for the price of 1!! There you go, Numbers!

{cheers from players}

1233: That is quite the coincidence. Let's see if we can get the clock lover a clock.

Mallory, what will be your bid?

Bidding Order:
Mallory16 ------------>
sideshowPA ------------>
gamesurf ---------------->
LiteBulb88 ------------>

Ha ha, that is funny how that happens sometimes! :oldlol:

There's a good chance, even if not my favorite prize for the whole show, that it'll be my favorite item up for bids! Unfortunately I don't know how much this clock is, but I'll try my best:

$3199
