IP address banned?

When I am at home, a box comes up that says I am locked out that I can't post or pm anyone.  It also says that it has been linked to troublesome activity and limited access.  What is wrong because when I'm at school It works just fine.  That's where I typed this up.

I've been looking into this problem while juggling a bunch of other things and problems I've had to put up with or deal with this morning.

The IP address you tried to access at home was banned under the old Xoops system.

I'll look into this further and will forward this to Marc and see what, if any, action he wants to take.

im having the same problem. i get the same message and can only acces the website from here at school
