The TALK Is Right / Re: Bob Boden's Garage
« Last post by Game Girl on Today at 02:57:12 AM »
this is like the I Spy game books from my childhood. (my parents got me the Christmas one) I saw the spelling bees 'buzz buzz'. any number a green price is right sign in a sign that had Bob's name on. in a unrelated note a photo of Alex Trebek in a moustache and afro in the background. (around 3 1/2 minutes, time possibly off since I screenshot it) before the zoom in at around 10 minutes. (I wrote these as they were happening) Bill Collins from the original version was there too.

seriously a I Spy knock off would be an interesting gift for the museum gift shop. (I Spy game show basement edition) I see someone found Kan Jennings parking pass he lost. (oh wait he was lost in the parking lot. he mentioned it last month during contestant interviews) Most outrageous gameshow moment is out there. I love how right below his message for the Guinness book of world records he has some message about giving someone the copy of Twin Peaks. in the last shot the dice for the dice game were there. (at least I think it's from now on when they were a few games with jumbo dice in the game world) these will definitely be cool in the museum though there is something to see his passion about them even in video.

Out In Left Field / Bob Barker Tribute buzzr Marathon 2023
« Last post by Game Girl on Today at 02:11:50 AM »
I am shocked I am the first person to make this but the first day already aired so if I'm not who will. buzzer has gotten around to honouring Bob with not just a one day  Marathon a 8 day one. (though half sized days) including the price is right tribute each day. anyone have any feelings about this.

this is my thing for day one

in terms of match game everyone has been embarrassed from a family member before talking, I could see how someone might not want to see it. it was nice to see Dorothy and hearing about their dating. sounds like they went promise ring style, which could be not a technical proposal but could be considered a commitment one.

Howdy Mama Bev!!

Spelling Bee: Sweet win for a sweet gal!  I met her at a show in August.

Side By Side:  Never in doubt

Time is Money:  Ugh

Switch?:  I call “foul” on the almost $7300 pool table?  Is the cue ball pure gold?  Somebody please give me the # to the “Bunko Squad”.

10 Chances:  Ten things to say but none of them are nice.  Moving on.

Range Game for an office retreat:  See what happens when you trust yourself.

Showcases:  Both were great!

Light, Love and Life to Y’all!

I agree that Switch needs to be reconsidered because there could be no frickin' way that that was an over $7,000 pool table!

And 10 chances? I too would not say otherwise.
7
It's always annoying to see people looking at the audience in timed games, especially Time is Money, where that's costly of thousands of dollars at one time.
