After asking twice in Contestants' Row why she had to bid first when she wasn't bidding first, I thought there was something wrong with Diana.I eventually decided in chat that there must have been some type of noise factor with her. Didn't work out too great when I forked her before the game was revealed...
I eventually decided in chat that there must have been some type of noise factor with her.
Speaking of reveals, come on Drew - it was old the first time you did it. And you're pissing off quite a few people still by saying it.
Hmm, I don't see how. She has Drew looking at and talking to the contestant two feet away from her; I just thought she was crazy.Well, maybe she was too concentrated on getting bids from her friends or something. She certainly was not focusing properly, so I was still pretty surprised she got that vacuum after all the terrible guesses on that item lately.
To which reveal are you referring?
egotistical:roll:
And of course, I'm talking about Drew's egotistical Rat Race introduction. 3StrikesFan points it out well, some people probably were misled actually.
...What? That was certainly the right word.

That was certainly the right word. It's the first game he's created and it's a darn good one. Let him be proud of it.
It's the first game he's created and it's a darn good one. Let him be proud of it.That is not a legitimate reason to introduce the game that way.
That is not a legitimate reason to introduce the game that way.lol, okay.
...What? That was certainly the right word.
No it wasn't. The right wording would have been 'divine' or just 'wonderful.'Hey, now you're starting to catch on! 8-)
...What? That was certainly the right word.
I think his point is that Drew's joking when he says that about Rat Race, not that he seriously believes it.Drew created the game...why wouldn't he seriously believe it?
Also, no way Hawaii 5n @ Westin was anything higher than $6000.
Drew created the game...why wouldn't he seriously believe it?

I think his point is that Drew's joking when he says that about Rat Race, not that he seriously believes it.I thought that the point of joke was to make fun of something. I don't think Drew would make full on fun of something he made, so I think he seriously believes some of it. Also, (as TPIRighteous beat me to it) not many people know Drew Carey created this game. He's using a joke that works on a limited audience. Inside jokes are funny, but not when the person you're telling it to isn't in on it. It's like Dennis Miller on MNF, he's telling jokes that go right over the head of the main audience. I don't like the joke anymore, but that is because I've seen Rat Race's last few playings and it has grown old for me.
Really? Do you pay any attention to things like voice inflection? He's a comedian. It's a joke.
This isn't a conversation that we should even be having.
It's been said on here before on rat race if someone gets the price on the nose they should get all 3 just like in spelling beeI totally agree that this should be done.
