The Pacific Time Zone airing was interrupted during the car copy in Pass the Buck, and returned during the commercial before Freeze Frame.

Agreed, but I think the contestant forgot/didn't know that "special appearance" showcases tend to be more expensive.

As I was watching today’s show, something occurred to me:

I can’t remember the last time all four contestants were over on the one-bid. I am certain it hasn’t happened at all this season.

I’m 99% sure it still happens, but they edit it out due to time constraints.

The last aired IUFB overbid was on 6/28 of last season , which was 53 shows ago.

My guess is that they were running long on time, so that's why they left the overbid in. No point keeping the overbid in if it doesn't affect the outcome of the game.
