TPIR in Montreal Gazette (SPOILER for Oct. 2nd or 3rd)

Bill Brownstein in Today's Arts & Life section wrote a story about a man whose lifelong dream was to be a contestant (from Montreal I believe who was called down to be a contestant) on TPIR.  Although he does not say which pricing games will be played, he says it was an afternoon taping.  I can't link to the article (one must pay to read it online), nor do I have the paper with me now, but here is a quote:

Some dream of bashing the atom. Others dream of ascending Mount Everest. Not Farlan Dowell. His lifelong dream was to come on down ... the aisle on The Price Is Right and banter with the seemingly ageless and always genial host, Bob Barker.
