Well, I guess this was the day to be driving back from Ohio during Price. Glad to see I didn't miss anything.

Now wait a minute. Right around when Obama started to speak, I sent Tom two complete and random utter guesses, for no reason whatsoever. And I know it's still in the rules that it won't count, thankfully, because one of those guesses was horribly wrong. But still, I did submit a random shiggles bid for no reason, I wanted it charted. :p
Yeah...let's make this current shall we?

I think SC1 proved this was a savior for most of us - how could Bora Bora AND Tahiti not break 20k??
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

$24,200/$15,100... I remember Bora Bora being majorly expensive, so I'm surprised that showcase was so cheap. I'll give Armadillo a chance to post his bids if he played online (since I guess the show was pre-empted on CBS), but for now, it's a ND.

Well, I played along with the recap, not cbs.com, since I normally play by readout anyway.  :P  I managed to survive it...$16,750/$16,750.  I think my only putting Bora Bora at 10k was what saved me.

I would have scored 84.60 points on the day, with a decent bid on Tahiti & Bora Bora and a near-garf on Paris.

If Obama had just waited fifteen minutes before giving his speech, he would have broken in to the noon News on the east coast, which would have been more appropriate for TV viewers.  Unfortunately, things in Washington never seem to work that easily.

Well I just got done watching on CBS.com, and here were my bids for today:

$18,700 /// $18,400

...

...

I hope I can get 4x points and loads of CSS cash from Mr. Obama...  :P

Just watched the showcases online, and I would've had 86.48 points. Nothing major to write home about, but a little better than I've done lately. I have a feeling that had there been CSS, Tahiti/Bora Bora would have wiped out a good number of people.
